Missions?

Shiro opened his eyes calmly, yesterday he had spent most of the night thinking about what to say to the counselors and how he would flee if the conversation did not work out.

"I see you're finally awake."

The doctor said as he entered the room with a smile.

Looking at the doctor, Shiro's eyes widened in surprise when the latter noticed that there was a small black flame coming out of the doctor's belly, strangely Shiro could see three more flames hidden in the room, but the latter three were much stronger and dense.

The counselors' office was very simple, had only two tables, some shelves with books and scrolls, the wall had few old photos, a window, and a door.

While at the table on the other wall there was a simple man, he seemed to be in his thirties, he was bald and looked at the beautiful girl with admiration and respect.

Soon the two of them stared at the door, listening to someone beating on the other side.

The man said, smiling at the doctor who was entering with a strange boy.

The doctor spoke, smiling and shaking hands with the counselor.

What went on was just simple conversations, Shiro and the man introducing himself and exchanging a few words, but after some time the man finally came to the point.

Shiro replied, as he clenched his fists tightly and bit his lips, pretending to be angry.

Shiro answered, holding his head in his hands and frowning.
