Realms explanation:

Foundation: In this realm you strengthen your body. Qi isn't available in this realm yet.

Qi Gathering: In this realm, dantian are formed in the body, and qi can be stored. In addition, the qi can be used for strengthening weapons, for example. Also, Qi Circulation is unlocked in this realm. Qi can be used as a pure attack, but without an element, meaning the attack is only as strong as the Qi is.
