226 Chapter 216: Arrival At vampire coven

After some time they arrived at the imposing Vampire Castle, a Gothic structure. The mansion looked a little gloomy, but even more ominous in the night. The dark clouds only seemed to make the castle look more daunting and foreboding.

As the car arrived at the castle entrance the door opened.

"Get off," said Selene as they arrived at the castle entrance

"Okay," said Alex as he got out of the car and looked at the castle and expanded his senses which covered the entire mansion.

Then he found two powerful auras in a sleepy state in the castle which is different from other vampires. As for the other vampires, their power is weak since there is no need to pay attention to them all.

"Follow me and don't wander off, otherwise you will be dried up," said Selene as she opened the door and walked in.

"Dired up?" muttered Alex with a smile

"Not even bullets can pierce my skin. Do you think those low-level vampires can insert their fangs?"

"Even if they do, they will die."

"My blood is not something they can bear," said Alex in a low voice, even Marcus can't bear his one drop of his blood. One drop of his blood contains energy comparable to a nuclear bomb.

Following Selene Alex entered The castle, the hall was wide and gloomy, the walls were covered in ancient paintings and the floor was made of granite. Many vampires were sitting on sofas, some playing chess, others drinking blood wine.

There was an eerie silence in the hall as Selene and Alex walked through. Everyone seemed to be watching Selene with fear and some were staring at her as if she were an eyesore. But when they saw Alex following Selene they were surprised and discussions began

"Hey, who is that guy?"

"Has she lost her mind? How can she bring a human to the coven?"

"Is he her toy ?"

"Kraven will be mad if he sees this?"

Some vampires were happy because they thought Selene would receive punishment if they saw a human male with her. Some were disgusted by her behaviour. Some vampires frowned and shook their heads when they saw Selene with a human male.

Some were stunned as they looked at Selene and the human male together. They couldn't believe that she was being so bold and that she seemed to have no regard for the vampire laws.

Hearing their discussion Alex ignored their words, as he couldn't take Ant's words seriously. These vampires were nothing but ants to Alex, and he refused to let their words affect him in any way.

"It seems you don't have any friends?" asked Alex with a teasing smile.

"None of your business," said Selene coldly

"Well, it's none of my business but it's just a suggestion."

" But don't you think your position here is a little awkward?" asked Alex as he looked at the vampires. He could say all the vampires here are looking down on Selene.

" I don't care about others," said Selene with an expressionless face.

"Well that is so like you," said Alex without surprise. He could somewhat understand Selene's character as she cared nothing but killing Lycans at this time.

Following Selene, Alex entered Selene's room, trying to ignore the hostile stares of the people in the room.

The bookshelf was situated in the corner of the room, and it seemed to have been untouched for years. There was a sofa on one side of the room. There was a computer up above the sofa, with a desk and chair positioned in front of it. The room was illuminated by a single lightbulb.

Selene took a camera and photographed Alex as he observed her room.

"What did you take my photo for?"

But Selene didn't respond, but sat in front of the computer and began to type on the keyboard.

"Okay, you won't find anything about me even if you try to search it all over the world," said Alex as he slumped on the sofa with an uncaring look. Alex watched as Selene started typing away on her keyboard.

As Alex was thinking he fell asleep, confident that Selene would not be able to find anything about him no matter how hard she tried.

"Who the hell is this guy?" Selene wondered as she couldn't find any information about Alex in the database.

Then she looked at Alex who was sleeping on the sofa with a calm expression. She felt this man didn't even fear the place he was in.

This place is full of vampires and he didn't even show a trace of fear. Except this man is weird. She is not even sure whether he is human or not. She felt that his strength was superior to her own.
