"What is your reason?" Mister clock asked from the side and Alfin just responded with a simple. "She is dangerous."

Which was odd to others in the room, they were confused over what Alfin meant here. As long as there was a sign of danger, all they needed to do was activate the chamber's defenses and everything in that room would be turned to dust.

It has happened before and there was no worries to do so once again. This is Wilkis' creation and not using it for its intended purpose would be foolish.

"I promised to listen to her when the war is over, even if her mind isn't there anymore. I intend to keep my promise." Alfin said with a hypocritical sigh, he didn't know why he chose to do it. He just thought, his death won't be peaceful in case he doesn't.

Call it guilt or shame, Alfin didn't know what to call it. For now, he intended to keep the promise he made to her.
