It wasn't till the next day that any news came in about Tony stark. The news reported that Tony has arrived in New York and was on his way to an abrupt press conference organized by Tony stark himself. No one knew what it was about but everyone was eagerly waiting to hear what Tony stark had to say. Good thing it was a weekend and Carl was able to wait for the conference to start.

After a while, in the press conference room, Tony could be seen coming in from the side he looked battered with his arm in a sling. He first went and hugged obidia stain saying something out of reach of the cameras, then he addressed the reporters telling everyone to sit down on the ground making things very informal and everyone looked puzzled. Tony went on to talk about his father and his regrets. He went on to tell what he saw and how the weapons he built are being used on the people he built them to protect. "I have come to realize I have more to offer, than… making things blow up. That is why effective immediately I am shutting down the weapons division of stark international." At this point the press conference was in pandemonium with all the reporters yelling over one another trying to get in their questions.

At this point Carl didn't need to watch anymore so he turned off the tv and told HK to follow him as he went over to the computers he had set up and started pulling up the stock prices with HK doing the same. Carl has already done some investigation into the stock situation for stark industries cause he always wondered how stain could lock out Tony if he own most of his companies. Turns out even if it's Tony's company he only owns 30% in stocks, stain has another 30% making them have a so called 50/50 in the company. The other 40% is spread out amongst many other investors.

(I have no idea how the stock market works I'm just saying what sounds good and what will work for my story.)

Taking a look at his screen Carl could see that the stock for stark industries was on a rapid decline. He decided to wait till they dropped more till he made a move. Getting up Carl went over to HK who was already hooked up to the computer Carl set up for him. He instructed HK to keep an eye on the stock market and start buying shares by the end of the day unless someone els starts buying them. This would take up a lot of the money he has but with how things will turn out it will work out for him in the long run. HK gave his confirmation and went back to monitoring the stock market.

By the end of the day Carl was able to obtain 10% in stocks for stark industry's. Stain seemed to have waisted no time in acquiring Tony's company cause HK had to start buying shares right when stain started. It turned into a bidding war on who would get what first. Stain was able to get most of the shares cause Carl couldn't risk going in too deep but he was satisfied with the 10% he got as he went to sleep that night.

The next time Carl was at school at lunch time with Peter and Ned Peter couldn't help but start the conversation, "you guy see that Mr. Stark is back? Did you catch the press conference? What do you think about what he said about not making weapons anymore?" It was just a stream of questions that left both Ned and Carl a little stunned, Carl doesn't even think he took a breath.

Carl motioned with his hands for Peter to calm down. "Calm down Pete, I think we both saw the conference." Carl said and Ned nodded his head eagerly. "And about him not making weapons? Well it should be fine right? Stark industry's makes more than just weapons." Carl said as he pulled out his phone cause it was made by stark industry's. "Maybe they can focus more on the commercial side of things now for the common people than the military." Carl then put his phone away and Peter and Ned thought about what Carl said and nodded in agreement.

After Two and a half months go by Carl was informed by Rex and ahsoka that everything was set up on mars and Venus. They already have the droids mining asteroids and all the resources will be collected back on mars. They informed Carl that they would be starting their search for morag. To navigate space they will use a combination of R3-D4 assisting with navigation and Ahsoka using the force for direction.

With nothing els of note happening. Carl goes to school, and hangs out with Ned and Peter. He works on various things at home such as ships, vehicles, and equipment. Carl was working on his car adding weapons in the form of a laser turret that can come out of the hood. He also added in flares to intercept any rockets that might lock onto it, just in case.

HK walked in as Carl was working, {master it seams you have acquired mail from stark industry's.} he then holds out a envelope that has the stark industry's logo on it with his address.

Carl took the envelope and opened it up. It mainly had a welcome packet for being a new share holder and also invited him to the up coming firefighters families fund at the Walt Disney concert hall in LA taking place in the next month. There were two tickets to the event. Carl thought on it and didn't know if he should go or not. He doesn't think it would be beneficial to go but then again Carl thinks it would be fun to go just for the heck of it, maybe catch some of the scenes from the movie in person. So the question is because he has two tickets should he invite someone or just go himself?
