62 Anti-Venom Serum

Although Russell's attitude seemed arrogant, Kingpin and Bullseye didn't find anything amiss.

The dominance and arrogance of Traveler had long spread throughout New York's underground world.

In their eyes, this was just Russell's normal style.

The only thing they couldn't figure out was why Russell had targeted Mr. Negative.

Although Russell claimed it was a personal grudge between him and Mr. Negative, both Kingpin and Bullseye knew very well that the two of them hadn't even crossed paths before.

To be more precise, they hadn't even met before tonight.

"Personal grudge" was obviously an excuse Russell casually made up.

However, even so, Kingpin could only reluctantly accept this explanation.

Russell wasn't someone easy to get along with. Being known as the Mad Traveler wasn't without reason.

If Mr. Negative were his subordinate, Kingpin might have stood up for him.

Russell paid no attention to the looks of scrutiny from Kingpin and Bullseye and exerted his full effort to replicate Mr. Negative's superpowers through the symbiotic entity.

He knew that his actions here would surely incur Kingpin's displeasure.

But he still chose to go ahead.

The reason was simple: he didn't want to waste time looking for other opportunities to deal with Mr. Negative.

Since he was going to take action eventually, it was better to do it sooner than later.

Moreover, there was an advantage to taking action in Kingpin's office—Mr. Negative, Martin Li, would never expect Russell to strike there.

Once he was possessed by the symbiotic entity, Mr. Negative completely lost control of his body.

However, Russell still encountered some minor issues.

Mr. Negative couldn't resist now, but the Negative energy within him instinctively resisted the symbiotic possession.

This was the third time Russell was using the symbiotic entity's replication ability.

But this time, the replication process was much longer than when he replicated Sloane and the Punisher's abilities.

Five minutes passed, and the replication progress hadn't even reached one-tenth.

Damn it!

Russell cursed in his mind.

He knew that this replication would take more time than the previous two times. After all, Mr. Negative had genuinely undergone genetic mutation.

However, he hadn't expected the progress to be this slow.

At the beginning, Kingpin and Bullseye were curious about what Russell was doing to Mr. Negative.

As time went by, their expressions became increasingly strange.

Mr. Negative stood immobilized, bound by the black tendrils surging from Russell's body.

And as the instigator, Russell stood still, not saying a word.

Looking at this oddly tranquil scene, Kingpin and Bullseye exchanged glances.

"What is he doing?"

"Don't know?"

"When will they finish?"

"Don't know?"

"Why don't you know anything?"

"You don't know anything either!"

Though Kingpin and Bullseye didn't speak, they could tell from each other's gazes and expressions what the other was trying to convey.

In the end, Russell couldn't bear this strange atmosphere any longer.

If it were just him and Mr. Negative here, he could endure this state for an hour or two.

However, it wasn't just him and Mr. Negative here.

Kingpin and Bullseye were now watching him and Mr. Negative like curious bystanders.

Seeing Kingpin and Bullseye's "I'm just watching, I won't say anything" expressions, Russell manipulated the black tendrils to lift Mr. Negative off the ground.

Then, under the watchful gaze of Kingpin and Bullseye, he left the office.

He didn't take the elevator to leave Fisk Tower but headed to the rooftop.

After mentally calculating the distance to the building across from him and Mr. Negative's weight, he started running.

Just as he was about to reach the edge of the rooftop, he exerted force with his legs and jumped towards the building opposite him.

Even though he was carrying an adult, jumping directly from Fisk Tower to the adjacent building wasn't difficult for him.

At the moment he jumped, the floor beneath him shattered with a resounding crash, and spiderweb-like cracks spread out.

After reaching the rooftop of the building across from him, he didn't stop. Instead, he leaped towards another building.

With his inhuman physique, he quickly disappeared into the night with Mr. Negative.

Bouncing and jumping all the way, he arrived at Hell's Kitchen. He finally ceased this strange method of movement on the rooftop of an abandoned building and began the final replication process.

Five minutes, ten minutes, thirty minutes...

An hour passed, and he finally successfully replicated Mr. Negative's superpowers.

The moment the replication succeeded, the black tendrils binding Mr. Negative began rapidly turning white, visible to the naked eye.

Not only that, the Negative energy, resembling black and white flames, began to manifest on his body.

Finally succeeded!

Seeing the black tendrils that had bound Mr. Negative turn white, Russell didn't immediately end the possession. Instead, he directly initiated the Venomization process.

Countless small and large white tendrils surged from his body.

In the blink of an eye, he transformed into a white monster with sharp teeth and hands resembling demon claws.

Venom form!

No, now it should be called Anti-Venom Serum form!

In terms of appearance, he was now Venom with reversed color scheme.

The black exterior had turned white.

The white patterns on his body had turned black.

His white eyes had not only become smaller but also emitted an orange-red light.

The sharp teeth in his mouth had turned black as well.

When he opened his mouth, orange-red light could be seen, as if a dragon were brewing its breath within.

The only thing that hadn't changed much was the long and flexible red tongue.

Although there was no mirror now to admire his new form, Russell didn't pay too much attention to it.

At this moment, he was experiencing the differences between Serum and Venom.

Biologically speaking, Serum was also a symbiote.

However, it was clear that Serum wasn't the symbiote's normal form but a mutated one.

He couldn't test the strength and speed enhancements right now.

However, he could confirm one thing: Serum's enhancement of him was noticeably stronger than Venom.

Besides, he now possessed an almost game-breaking healing ability.

Normal symbiotic entities could only self-heal.

But Serum could heal others.

This included both normal diseases, like cancer and unconventional ones like addictions. It even encompassed genetic mutations.

Although he couldn't currently test Serum's enhancement on his strength and physique, he had an excellent testing target for the extraordinary healing ability of Serum.

Thinking about this, he turned his gaze to Mr. Negative.

Until now, he hadn't released the symbiotic possession on Mr. Negative.

Looking at Mr. Negative, who appeared no different from a normal human, Russell instinctively licked his lips with the long and flexible red tongue.

"Considering you've provided me with a new ability and enabled Venom to evolve into Serum, I'll let you be the first beneficiary of Serum's healing."
