51 Epilogue

"Now that you're done with your book Rosie, what did you name it?" Asher asked as everyone gathered around wanting to know. It was a few weeks after prom.

"Hm, guess?"

"Beware, the end is near?" Nathan guessed in a ghost-like voice. Rose and Chloe chuckled.

"No, but close."

"Really Nate?" Asher deadpanned.

"Come on Rose, this is pure torture," Chloe whined. Rose looked at Michael who was looking at her all the while.

She shook her head.

"No, you have to guess." Nathan groaned out.

"I give up!" Rose looked up the clouds then down at the book and smiled. She turned around and lifted the book.

Rose read the title out loud and everyone smiled, nodding.

"Couldn't have named it better myself," Michael said beside her.

"Hm, In The Last Days. It kinda has a nice ring to it." Nathan said, nodding to himself.

"It sure does." Asher smiled in approval and Rose returned it.

"A fine name indeed."
