6 Chapter Four

A few years later,

Now, I am a five year old. And, also I am an orphan.

My dad passed away. Probably he wasn't able to handle the loss of mother and his business wasn't doing any good. It hurts me everytime whenever I saw him at night. He was always drunk.

Although he was drunk, he never ill- treated me. He would always be remembered as the caring father I knew. I was left with property of a crores of rupees. But not in cash. It was all the company stock, that I wouldn't have access to until I am eighteen. I had access to only One lak rupees at the current age, and that was the money from the safe in the house.

There were many relatives who had come to my house at the time. Probably hoping to adopt me, and later take away the properties and money left by dad. But probably dad knew what would happen after his death.

A lawyer came with the deeds and dad had written in his deeds that if something were to happen to him, I would be adopted by his friend.

I knew the friend of my father. His name was Lokesh Tanikella. And he married my aunt, Pavitra.

Lokesh wasn't a rich man. He was a middle class person. And my aunt, the only daughter of a rich business tycoon. And me, the grandson of the same rich business tycoon.

Well, not something I care of. The old man hadn't been at my house even once even after my parents death. That was enough for me to know his place in my life.

And guess who were Lokesh and Pavitra?

Let me give a hint. At my father's funeral, two kids of near my age had came with Lokesh and Pavitra. The elder one's name was Ram and the younger one was Lakshman. But he preferred Lucky.

Yep, the two protagonists of the story are my cousins. And I would be living with them for the distant future. Truly a "coincidence"

After the cremation ceremony, I was taken with my aunt and her husband.

I left the palace like house that I had in the care of Krishna Uncle, who is technically our butler. But he was also mom's brother, who decided to live here, to take care of the house, since he couldn't take care of me.

It might sound as if he is some villain or something since he is taking care of the house but not me. But no, he is a good guy. Just dad knew he wouldn't be able to look after child me.

So anyways, I was taken to Aunt's house and I was given a room with Lucky.

And I had to say that the movie didn't completely show the rivalry of the two brothers. They were a lot different than what I thought them to be. But I had a better relationship with both the brothers. They were the victims of what I call a misunderstanding and jealousy. Ram was jealous of Lucky because he thought his mother, that is my aunt didn't love him as she did with Lucky. And Lucky hated Ram's guts, because his father that is my uncle belittled him and compared him with Ram at every point.

Although Uncle wasn't doing this intentionally, but what he did was one of the cause of this rivalry between brothers.

Years passed and all three of us grew up. Ram had a dream of becoming a police officer. Lucky, well that guy was weird. He just had a simple dream. He wanted to go to America. He never had dream of becoming something. He was a confident guy.

And me. I knew what I had to do. I had to earn a lot of money to support my future. Although I did have my father's money, but it wasn't something I had access to. So I decided to try my hand at music.

Yes. And thanks to my ability to control my body, I did some tweaking with my vocal cords and my neck muscles, I was a good singer.

And the songs I sang here were the ones I had heard in my previous life. What else was a sixteen year old guy supposed to do?

My first song was a single album named "Rockstar"

Yeah, it was from the movie Rockstar I had watched in my previous life. I somehow remembered almost everything from my previous life including all those movies.

And my first song of the Rockstar album was- Phir se Udd chala.

Although I was from southern parts of India, more specifically Andhra Pradesh, but still Hindi songs also had great craze here.

Although not an instant success on online platforms, Phir se udd chala was a good start for me.

It did gain me thousands of fans. And the song wasn't even recorded in a studio. I had saved some money to buy a phone and I had used the phone to record the song. It didn't even have any music. People liked the song just because of my voice.

Obviously I didn't reveal my face. I had uploaded it on YouTube under the name- Vikram Arya.

So no one knew who I was. I was just an anonymous singer.

And I got the first pot of money from the song. It wasn't a lot since YouTube didn't exactly gave out enough money in countries like India. So I just received around Two and a half lakh rupees for that song after almost three months.

Although it might sound like it is lot, but it isn't. I had many plans on my mind. I had to make a studio, and learn music to increase my earnings and also I need to learn to fight.

It is something of common sense. South Indian movies are famous for fight scenes and I am sure as hell not to be relieved in this world without knowing how to fight. Although I had better way of handling my abilities it didn't made me strong. It improved my coordination, and allowed proper muscle recruitment but not strength.

For strength and ability to fight, I had to learn to fight. And for that I need money. Because with enough money, I can find an instructor or someone who can teach me how to fight.

My life was ordinary other than the singing part. I used to go to school and come back with Lucky and Ram.

After schooling, I decided to pursue my degree in medical field. Yeah, I did that. It was my dream in my previous life so obviously I would pursue it.

A/N:

Yeah, I know. I decided to make some changes in the story. I understand it might not be to some reader's liking but it is what it is. I just want to make the story interesting and prepare the steps for MC, since there are other worlds too. So yeah, that's it.
