" So that's what the afterlife is like." I muttered seeing sitting in a relatively ordinary living room with a cup of tea in front of me.

" Hohoho, you have arrived child." As I surveyed the surroundings I heard a voice of an animated old gentleman and soon a man came into the room laughing and sat down across the table.

There was a brief moment of silence before I broke the silence, " Lord Gandalf?" I shyly asked the man who was identical to the Gandalf in front of me and the latter let out another laugh.

" Hohoho, So that's how you see me. Usually they see me as Luke Skywalker so that's a first." Gandalf spoke with a cheerful tone as he sipped his tea before getting straight to the point.

" Well son, I am sorry to tell you this but you are dead." God said as he took another sip of tea and waited for some reaction from me, I was silent for a few seconds processing the information before taking a sip of tea as well.

" Hohoho you are surprisingly calm." God spoke curiously and I replied without losing my composure, " Did I really live?"

My question surprised God who put his hand on his chin for a few moments as he thought before snapping his fingers and making a report appear in his hand before beginning to read it to me.

I caught a glimpse of the name of the report for a moment and couldn't swallow dryuldn't swallow dry.

" Let's start, day 1, the human I must guard was born he is small and cute with a pure soul, I will do my best to protect him."

" Day 5,330 their parents separated, the love between the two had already ended and even cupid could not unite them again. However my human found solace in an online game called League of legends, I will continue to watch."

" Day 6,000, I am disappointed but not lost hope, my human every day does the same thing which is eat, play League of legends, sleep 2 hours a day and masturbate to drawings on the internet. He is in a degrading state but I still keep faith that he will get better.

God paused and looked into my eyes as he closed the last page of the report and gave a sigh as he took off his glasses that I was sure were not there before.

" From what I see, you really haven't lived." God said with a sad tone and I couldn't help but feel remorse within me and that disparaging thought that I wasted my life came back to haunt me however God seeing my expression gave a smile before making a separate report appear.

"My human has finally left home! This is a miracle made by God, he is walking down the street like a normal person as he goes towards the grocery store, wait, a truck has swerved and is going to run over a little girl on the street! ...."

God paused for a moment before turning the leaf and looking at me with a bit of pride.

" My human used his body to protect the little girl but ended up dying, I feel horrible, I failed in my duty as a guardian angel and should have my status taken away, not only that but I judged my human badly, in the end he was a good person who just needed a chance to be better."

God closed the report and clapped his hands for me for a few moments making me feel good, a feeling I hadn't felt since I started playing Ranked.

" Thanks to your sacrifice I will give you a chance to be reincarnated." God said however before I could celebrate he continued, " Sera in the world you know so well, Runeterra, no need to thank me." He said with a smile and I stood up ready to scream against it.

"Wait ..." Before I could finish the sentence God clapped his hands and a portal pulled at my soul making the living room silent again before God's evil laugh rang out and he sat down on the couch before turning on the television.

" Let's watch a good show." God said and summoned a bag of popcorn and a table of snacks.

I felt as if I was enveloped in a darkness for an unknown amount of time, as if I were covered by an expressed liquid in an enclosed environment.

However my mind was working perfectly and soon I could feel more or less the state of my body, to be more exact my body in formation.

I was a fetus, yes a fetus that had only a trunk and a head formed, and my head seemed to be much bigger than a normal baby.

It should be so that it could support my perfectly functioning mind. But changing the subject I seem to be in my mother's belly.

Although it's kind of early, isn't it about time that maybe, I don't know, some power or the legendary system showed up, it would be of great use you know.

I thought as if someone could hear me and soon I had my answer.

A system screen appeared in my mind and I couldn't help but get excited, I would have the legendary protagonist system, my golden finger, I will be born and become powerful and then build a gigantic harem.

But wait, I'm in Runeterra, you can find divine and powerful beings capable of altering reality and destroying worlds anywhere.

I must remain humble and attentive so that I can survive in this world full of dangers.

I soon looked at the Download screen again and realized that I hadn't gotten out of the 1% percent and couldn't help but wonder if I had broken it or not.

After what seemed like 16 hours the screen finally had a change but that was it, from the looks of it the download wouldn't end until after I was born so I decided to lower my expectations and focus on the now while my body was being formed.

Besides reviewing my memories and knowledge of Runeterra what was I supposed to do during my body growth?
