33 Chapter 33

The next day after having our breakfast both our teams came to an understanding that sticking together would only prove to be disadvantageous as we looked like a bunch of kids forming a team...a very enticing group for others who want to get the scrolls...so we separated soon after.

"B-bye Naruto Kun." Hinata said after gathering up her courage to which Naruto also did the same and when the members of Team 7 were gone Kiba who had been quiet for a while teased Hinata by saying, "Too bad he didn't notice the perfume which you had applied just to impress him."

Hinata didn't reply to his teasings and went to pack her belongings cause unbeknownst to him she had applied the perfume just to mess with his sense of smell.

We were on our way toward the tower while being as cautious as possible. During the journey, we made sure to not talk with each other unless it was an important matter. After what happened yesterday night, I have no plan of letting my guard down anytime soon as a result I've become even more cautious.

If being cautious can prevent me from being taken advantage of by a perverted old man then I don't see any reason for me to not be cautious. While on the way I was also thinking of what my new ability 'Death Finger' really does. After experimenting for a while with my clones yesterday night all I was met with was failures.

I started thinking about all the ways can a finger attack be used...

'stabbing it to heart? Hmm maybe...nostrils?..ear? or is it stabbing there? No, it can't be right...but what if it is...' I thought to myself when one particular idea came to my mind and even though I tried to dismiss it something within me kept on bugging me wanting me to test it out because it was something used in the original series aswell...

'Sigh, well I'll test it out when I get a chance then.' I thought to myself and then focused my attention back on our journey. In this forest ninjas were not the only ones we needed to be wary of. From time to time we were greeted with wild beasts and insects that were after our lives but unlike humans, they were much easier to deal with.

When we were reaching closer to the tower as a precautionary measure I made a clone to scout the area surrounding the tower for potential threats as I rested with Sakura and Sasuke near a tree.

The clone discreetly entered the 200-meter radius of the tower and soon discovered a lot of people hiding nearby in search of weak-looking prey to steal scrolls from. He was not surprised as this was something that was very obvious. While taking a round of the area in order to find the easiest path with the least number of people he suddenly saw a familiar face.

"Well, since it's obvious that my relations with this person won't be cordial in the future why not try the new technique on him and see whether it would work?" The clone thought to himself.

The clone soon prepared himself and after locking down on the target he soon went behind him as fast as he could and then after positioning himself he pushed his finger forward while shouting in his mind, 'One Thousand Years of Deathhh!!!'

Kabuto who was sneakily looking towards the tower felt a gust of wind at his back and when he turned around he noticed the kid whom he met at the exam hall. Unfortunately, it was too late because just as he turned around the fingers that were already pointed towards his butt were moving rapidly towards their target. It started with a small stinging pain which then turned into something unbearable and before he could say anything he was tossed into the air and his vision soon became dark.

The clone who saw all this happen was wide-eyed...He wasn't expecting to see this kind of result. He wiped the few droplets of blood that came sprinkling down on his face from the sky. The technique after sending Kabuto flying while experiencing unbearable pain also made his whole body explode in midair...

'So this is Death Finger...' The clone thought to himself and soon undid the shadow clone Jutsu cause his work here was done.
