132 Arrival on the moon

[a/n: If there are any differences from the canon in the current chapter or future chapters, think about the reasons why it might have changed. I believe in you, my readers. You can definitely find a proper answer. I am definitely not lazy.]

A huge group of people appeared in an area covered by snow. There were no nearby villages. The place was only surrounded by trees and steep rocks and caves. Everything was covered by a deep layer of snow.

Everyone was wearing warm clothes due to Akihiko telling them that the area will be cold.

The kids were also looking super cute. They wore thick woolen jackets to keep them warm, gloves and also wore small beanies.

"Wow! This place has lots and lots and lots of snow." The kids were amazed. They had never seen this much snow before.

Mirai reached towards the ground and took a handful of snow. She rolled it into a small ball before throwing it lightly towards Ino.

The snowball hit Ino in the back but it didn't hurt. Ino turned around and looked at Mirai. Mirai had a smug look as she also returned the stare.

"Did you do it?" Ino asked as she picked up Mirai from the ground.

"Yep, hehe." Mirai answered truthfully.

"Tickle time." Ino started tickling Mirai as Mirai started laughing out loud due to the tickle.

Ayako also took a small snowball and threw it at her mother. Slowly, the other kids also started throwing small snowballs and it led to a playful snowball fight among the family.

After they were done with the snowball fight, Sakura asked.

"Do you want to make a snowman?"

"Yeah!"

The kids and the adults all made 5 snowmen together. They played for around 50 minutes here including the snowball fight, making snowmen and playing in the snow.

"We should continue our journey. Otherwise, we'll never make it to the moon." Mikoto said as the kids nodded. Everyone else also turned at Akihiko to ask for directions.

"Akihiko, where is the portal? We'll find it." Naruto, Sasuke and Jugo volunteered.

"It's inside a cave." Akihiko answered.

"Is it that cave?" Naruto pointed at a huge cave that was not too far away from their current location.

"Nope."

"Then, it should be this cave." Sasuke said as he pointed at a cave that was closer to them.

"That's incorrect too. The cave is a lot closer than you think." Akihiko said as he disappeared from his current place and appeared 30 meters away.

There was a small rock in front of him and he touched the rock with his fist. He then punched the rock as the rock crumbled. However, it did not end with this. The snow around the rock also started falling downwards.

Akihiko already moved back before the snow crumpled. Currently, there was a 2-meter wide hole in the space where Akihiko punched.

"Dear, is that the entrance to the portal?" Pakura asked.

"Yeah, it is."

In order to estimate how deep the hole is, Yugao threw a small piece of rock down the hole.

It took 20 seconds for them to hear the sound of the rock touching the bottom of the hole.

"P-Papa, Mama, I'm scared of going down." Himeko suddenly said in a low voice as she tugged Akihiko's clothes.

Akihiko kneeled down on the snow and rubbed Himeko's beanie.

"Do you want to watch from the inside of the dimension? It would be a lot safer." Akihiko said as Himeko nodded.

"Yes, I'll do that." Himeko agreed.

"Papa, I'll also follow Himeko. I'm scared of the tunnel." Hina said but it was just that she didn't want to leave Himeko alone.

"Papa, we'll also follow Himeko and Hina." The other kids also slowly joined in.

It was due to them also being scared of the hole and also they didn't want to let Himeko and Hina stay alone.

'It would be really lonely.' they thought.

"Boss, we'll accompany Boss's children. Leave it to us. We will also watch Kisame and make sure he stays in the same spot." Gurizu and Panda said as Aisu just nodded.

"Sasuke, aren't they just three small bears?" Konan asked but the three bears heard it.

They suddenly transformed into their battle form which was quite scary.

Konan, Hinata, Ino, Sakura, Temari, Karin, Jugo and Itachi who didn't know anything about the three bears were surprised.

"I'll also go with them. I don't think my body can handle it now." Itachi said as everyone nodded.

His face was quite pale and he looked as if he was out of energy.

"Anzen'na Hinansho." Akihiko eyes spun into a Mangekyou as a door appeared beside him.

"Kids, you can go in now. Take care of yourself. I'll open the door when we arrive at the moon, alright?"

"Yes!"

The kids jumped through the door and Itachi followed. Gurizu, Panda already returned to their small bear form while Aisu was still in his battle form, carrying Kisame in one of his arms. The door stretched to make it possible for Aisu to get inside the dimension.

After that, the door disappeared.

"Then, I'll go down first." Akihiko said as he jumped down the hole. He arrived at the bottom and saw that there were no sharp rocks that can potentially pierce through someone.

"It's all clear. You can jump down. I'm here to catch you." Akihiko said from the hole as Kushina jumped immediately.

Akihiko caught her and she jumped down on the ground immediately.

"Hehe, don't worry. It's not scary at all." Kushina said the others jumped one after another.

Most of them were caught by Akihiko while Sasuke and Naruto just jumped down. They landed on their feet as Sasuke got ready to catch Karin.

Naruto just "tch"-ed and turned around.

After everyone was done, they all walked forward. Soon, they arrived at the lake. The water was clear green and it looked very beautiful.

"Our clothes are going to be wet." Anko muttered.

"It's good that we brought extra clothes." Kurenai said as Temari dipped her hand in the water.

"Eh? This water is not wet." She said as she made everyone confused.

"That's right. The lake is part of the portal to the moon so it has special effects. After we swim down the bottom of the lake, we'll arrive in a middle section between the two lakes; this lake and the lake on the moon. But be careful, there are floating orbs which can trap you in your memories." Akihiko warned them.

Then, they dived down and started swimming downwards. At the bottom, they suddenly passed through a membrane-like layer.

Then, they arrived in the middle part that Akihiko spoke of. There were huge spheres made of rocks and lots of floating orbs.

They all jumped from one sphere to another and soon reached the end of the area.

While passing through the area, they saw their past memories flashing on the surface of the floating orbs. They were one of the most important memories and they smiled when they saw them.

The nine kids who were watching this scene from inside the mansion located in the dimension were very interested.

The three bears, Itachi and Kisame were also looking at the scene.

Outside, the group passed through another membrane. They arrived inside the lake on the moon and started floating upwards.

They reached the surface and swam towards the land. As soon as they got on the land, a gigantic crab started attacking them.

It sent out a huge jet stream of water towards the group as Pakura just shot a huge amount of fire from her hands. The fire easily evaporated the jet stream that the crab used to attack.

"I'll end it all in one attack." Izumi just said that as an Armored Susanoo covered her. She slashed down with her sword and the huge crab was cut in half.

The Susanoo dispersed as everyone moved as fast as possible with only one thought in mind.

'This crab must be delicious. We can eat a lot of crab meat.'

Akihiko quickly created several branches using Wood Release and made a fire together with Pakura.

Afterward, everyone carried the two pieces of crab and held them in place. Akihiko used Wood Release and made a huge skewer.

Soon, they started grilling it. Akihiko brought lots of ingredients to eat the crab.

Akihiko used his Mangekyou ability and the kids, Itachi, the three bears and Kisame who were in the dimension came out.

Soon, they finished cooking the crab meat. Everyone took their fair share and the mothers helped the kids with their meat.

"Kisame, will you not eat?" Akihiko asked as Kisame also joined in.

"Nice crab." He said as he continued eating.

They were all devouring the crab meat and it was extremely delicious. The flavor was on point.

"Dis cwab ish bery delishous" Akiko said with her mouth full. Her cheeks were puffed up and she looked like a squirrel.

After a while, they all finished eating.

"Ah, I'm all full now." Izumi said as she rubbed her belly. The kids were also full.

"Now, we should explore the moon." Akihiko said as they all exited the cave. They arrived on the surface of the moon.

Akihiko thought that this moon would have a less powerful gravity than the Earth. He thought they would have to be hopping around here and there.

Unlike the moon in his original Earth, this moon had the Tenseigan as the core to make the moon habitable. You can breathe without any spacesuit, you can walk properly.

They could see the Earth from here and it looked quite small. Then, they went down another cave which led to the inner parts of the moon where Hamura and his people once lived.

There were many buildings inside the cave. However, they all looked abandoned decades ago.

Karin and Sasuke went to explore on their own while Naruto went by himself. Itachi, Jugo, Kisame, Gurizu, Panda and Aisu went to explore the other side together.

As for Akihiko, his lovers, his kids and Konan, they were taking a stroll while enjoying the view. The kids had bright smiles on their faces as they were extremely excited to play on the moon.

They also thought that this would be a very good thing to boast to everyone else when they got older.

'Hey, did you know? I went to the moon with my Papa and Mama. Heh, awesome right?' This was their imagination.

Renge saw an interesting room as she went inside the room. Her jaws dropped and her mouth was opened as she was staring at the wall.

"Papa! Mama! Look at this! This is soooooo cool." Renge said with stars shining in her eyes.

Akihiko, his lovers and Konan came inside the room with the other kids as they all were right behind Renge.

They stared at the wall as they saw paintings of several milk-skinned horned individuals.

"They look so weird." Hinata muttered.

A lone Otsutsuki living on the moon muttered.

"Did someone pass through the portal? I should probably check it."
