Chapter 174 : Time To End This Mission (Rewrite)

Kirito saw once again a purple giant forming.

"This again" Kirito could not help but mutter.

"Fine then, let's end this long drawn-out fight already." Kirito thought to himself and then started drawing his chakra.

He then with all this power jump high.

"Massive Big Ball Rasengan" Kirito shouted. For the first time, I poured more than necessary amount of chakra into a Rasengan. Next a Rasengan which was almost half the size of the incomplete Susanoo that Sasuke created and by the way was much stronger than the previous Susanoo thanks to the cursed seal, rushed towards Sasuke.

Sasuke saw this and directly activated his Amaterasu fire and targeted the big ball Rasengan.

Kirito saw this and launched Hirashin. Before the fire even reached Rasengan. Kirito immediately vanishes from his place thanks to Hirashin and then appears behind the Susanoo.

Then Susanoo suddenly crashes with a powerful grinding force.

"Ahh" Sasuke gritted his teeth and poured more and more chakra into the Susanoo as possible.

Kirito smirks at that and then also introduces wind chakra to the massive Rasengan.

It was enough to knock Sasuke out who had already exhausted almost all of his chakra.

"Sucker Punch Baby" Kirito smirk. And then looked towards Orochimaru.

He was expecting that Orochimaru would act. So he was very cautious of him.

"Ku ku ku you have become a lot stronger than I expected Kirito Kun," Orochimaru said after coming closer to Kirito and Sasuke.

"So do you want to fight me now" Kirito asked

He was still looking at Orochimaru while doing this. Orochimaru after seeing this just gave a smile and also looked a little helpless.

" There is no point in taking Sasuke Kun from here. He is already a missing-nin. What the point" Orochimaru said.

"The village still has not declared him a missing-nin" Kirito replied.

"Then I guess a fight is unavoidable," Orochimaru said.

Kirito was ready to fight Orochimaru too but he suddenly sensed a distortion in space.

"Obito" Kirito mutters to himself but before he can do anything. A hand came out and grabbed Sasuke.

"Shit" Kirito muttered and wanted to rush but it was already too late.

Sasuke at this time was already inside the swirling distortion of space. If he does anything at this time then he might even kill Sasuke.

"I am gonna kill this troublesome guy one of these days," Kirito thought to himself.

Orochimaru saw this because he was a member of the Akatsuki previously. He knew about this ability before.

"Tck. Nothing is easy nowadays." Kirito wanted to follow Orochimaru but he also sensed that his team was not there.

"Guess I need to find them first" Kirito thought and instantly vanished from his place.

[Kirito POV]

After failing the mission we finally came back to the village. The first thing we had to do was to give the entire report.

"So you want to say that Sasuke is already an elite Jonin or borderline Kage-level Shinobi" Tsunade sounded astonished.

"Yeah. But that was not the reason I was not able to bring him back. The real reason is Akatsuki." I replied without any delay.

"Akatsuki" Tsunade sounded more surprised.

Then it took more time to explain what exactly happened. Not only from my side but from also Shikamaru, Choji and Sakura's side.

It took some time but finally, it was done.

After I was done reporting, the second place I went was directly to the Hospital to find out how Asuma was doing.

Tsunade really is worthy to be the best doctor in the current era. She fixes him up real quick.
