Chapter 2 (part 4)

Konoha, the hokage office.

Danzo stormmed to the hokage office in big strides. He rudely pushed the door to enter and saw that Hiruzen was looking outside the window, smoking a pipe.

Danzo dropped a file on the desk.

"What is the meaning of this!?"

The reason for Danzo anger is that, a child carrying 60 billion ryo went on a mission above his league. Moreover, the child was someone whose background they can't afford to mess with.

"Madame Shimiji got hold of the news and she's demanding an explanation."

Danzo knew Madame Shimiji, the wife of the fire-daimyo, has been keeping a close eye to her youngest grandchild all these year.

"You knew that the mission was fishy yet you sent them!"

Danzo was afraid that if something happened to Tsuyu, the country would cut off fundings to Konoha.

Just then, an assistant entered who bowed on seeing Danzo. The assistant then turned to Hiruzen.

"Hokage-sama, team Kakashi requested for an urgent back-up. They seem to be ca-!"

Boom! Danzo smashed the desk.

"You! You!"

Once again, Hiruzen hindsight failed Konoha. Danzo was extremely pessimistic by nature and couldn't help but think about grave situation.

"Hurry! Send the best team right now!"

He ordered in Hiruzen stead and the assistant bowed and left, taking the order.

"If this fucked up. Give up the seat. You're not worthy."

Danzo left with more anger and failed to realise the smirk on Hiruzen face.

'Dear friend, I'm only doing this thankless job to protect Konoha from you."

Hiruzen knew most of Tsuyu abilities and such he wasn't worried. The boy possess enough power to flatten countries but is relatively harmless due to his peaceful nature, and he was more worried about that fact.

How could we even stop Tsuyu if he turned against the world?

Team seven returned to Tazuna carrying the unconscious Zabuza and Haku.

Zabuza had been healed by Tsuyu but was still unconscious due to psychological trauma.

On seeing the strangers, Tazuna asked. "Who are they?"

"The enemy." Sasuke answered.

"What!? How could you bring them here!" Tazuna with veins visible in his forehead pointed his fingers at Sasuke.

"Ask him." Sasuke shrugged and pointed to Tsuyu.

"N.. never mind." It's the lunatic again, thought Tazuna and came to realise that Tsuyu was the center of the team.

"Where's the ferryman then?"

"We got caught up in a fight and gave up searching for him. Hope you understand."

Kakashi finally spoke and Tazuna could only nod.

"Now what do we do?" Asked Naruto.

"We wait, reinforcement are coming. We head further along with them."

Kakashi said and sat down to rest.

"And Naruto, stop giggling that's a boy you're carrying."

"Hahh!" Naruto dropped Haku with his eye widening. And everyone else could almost hear the mirror of Naruto's dream where he married Haku shatter.

At that moment Zabuza woke up and starred at team seven, he didn't have the heart to fight them.

"Oh you woke up." Kakashi said casually and a scared Tazuna went behind Sasuke to hide.

Zabuza looked at his perfectly fine body without clothes, just then Tsuyu threw a suit at him.

"Wear that perv."

He silently nodded and did as told.

"What ... do you plan to do with us?"

Zabuza hoped for them to spare atleast Haku's life.

The team looked at Tsuyu, after all he's the one who saved the two.

"You're free to go mr. Zabuza, demon of the mist and take your partner along with you."

Tsuyu answered. Thousands of thoughts disturb his minds and he didn't have the energy to care for the two.

Like always he gave a couple million ryos to the other side.

"I... I can't take this benefactor."

"Then throw it away or something, I don't care."

"Fine then, I'll take my leave."

Zabuza took Haku and flickered away, but he still left the money given to him.

"Can I keep it?" Tazuna eyed the money with greed, and seeing that no one cared, he pocketed it.

For the rest of the time, the team stayed silent. The mood was heavy and cold. Tazuna couldn't help but feel a chill creep up his spine.

'I wonder what happened to them..'

After personally experiencing the calliber of the other person, Tazuna didn't have the confidence to talk casually with them anymore.

'They are strong and rich... league above someone like me.'

After running for more than 2 hours, team Guy finally caught up with team Kakashi.

Team Guy who consisted of Neji Hyuga-the previous rookie of the year, the genius belonged to the Hyuga clan: Konoha's most prosperous clan at the moment.

The other members are Rock Lee, a taijutsu specialist and Ten Ten, a Kunoichi who's speciality was using using Ninja tools that she carried in a storage seal by the thousands.

And their leader is Might Guy, a taijutsu specialist and Kakashi's rival. They were a strong team with 2 B-rank mission under their belt. And so Danzo sent them and hope they reach team Kakashi by time.

"We're meeting my rival's student so I don't want you all to show any weakness!"

Guy said with a rare seriousness making the team nod.

When they arrive to where team seven was, it was already the evening and the found Team Seven already setting up camps.

"Hoi Kakashi!" Guy waved and Kakashi gestured them to come.

When Team Guy entered the camp, Guy was a bit surprised to see his rivals grilling barbeque. Isn't Kakashi supposed to be cheap and lazy? Shouldn't he be reading icha-icha right now?

'Aren't they a bit extravagant?' They all had the same thought. If it was them, they'd eat military-rationed food and then train.

They looked at their Sensei with eyes that said "Why can't we do that too?". Making Guy caugh in embarrassment.

"What's the mission status?" Guy asked for formality sake.

"We're dealing with hidden mist's shinobi. Two assaults have been dealt with so far." Kakashi reported, he flipped the meat with a tong.

"The tide is dangerous at night and we don't have a boat so we'll camp the night and move at dawn tomorrow."

"Roger... but we didn't bring tent so can we share ahaha.." Guy asked shyly, they were told to go as soon as possible and didn't even got the time to even gather supplies.

"Tsuyu?"

Kakashi turned to a kid with white hair, presumably Tsuyu, a member of team seven. He was writing a book under the lamp.

"Is he your child?"

Guy asked curious.

Tsuyu took out the tents, sleeping bags and meat as required and went back to writing quietly.

Kakashi sighed. Is he still mad?

"Don't mind him." Then he pointed to Tazuna who was laying in a sleeping bag, wasted.

"That's mr. Tazuna. We are to protect him as he build the bridge for this mission."

Team Guy nodded and went to set up their tents. And later went to join Naruto and Sasuke in their training.

While they ate their dinner, Rock lee proposed.

"Shall we have a spar?" Lee was a battle junkie and he liked gaining experience.

Team Seven looked at Kakashi and the latter nodded at Guy.

"Yosh! We'll have 3v3 battle after this."
