32 konoha prank phantom

first academy year, first month

Saruto get integrated to the academy...or not,most of the time he lazing around, sleeping in the class, or even send shadow clone in his place to do something meaningful, or even fun

so sometimes in his boredom, he did some of the pranks Naruto used to do,some small like making a random person coke exploded in them face,or creating a fart seal in random seats , or the better yet, between stalkers, creeps, in a genjustu where they have an extremely passionate night with very muscular magical girl,

all this kind of pranks happened, but it was harmless , so it was never an issue, besides it happens to the people who caused trouble but the civilian council wasn't bothered to issues

but what take the prize was to make the hokages mountain, look like something that comes out from a cartoon

"huh?" a civilian look at the mountain to weird look

"pfft"

"hahahahaha!"

"shit you spilled your drink on me, what the big deal!"

"sry man, but look!"

"look where?" he followed the other fingers

"PFFFFT" he also spit his drink "what the hell?!"

"w-who do such a thing?" another one ask holding the laughter

"so you admit it, anyway, in the past few weeks, at random times, someone's coke exploded in the face, other had brown paint on the pants, or random pie which delicious by the way was thrown in someone's face, or the farts that comes from nowhere, usually this happened to the people who caused trouble, so the crime rate got decrease as no one wants to be the public victim of embarrassing prank, but worst case scenario happened to someone who is rumored to be sex offender, at some point he was founded shivering in dumpster and muttering incomprehensible nonsense like magical girl and big muscles, they say he still has PTSD from it."

the fatty had a cold sweat on his back 'I must back burn my l**i collection fast!" and run like rabbit in heat

"what the hell is wrong with that guy? meh whatever, but seriously this must be the phantom biggest prank! hahahahaha" he left as he gives one last look at the hokages faces covered with make up more heavy than a high-society housewife going to a party, they even have extremely absurd expression like eyes without pupils and huge opened jaw and huge blush...

"what a disgrace!" someone slammed a table

"pfft, hahahaha, I can't stop laughing!" a redhead woman put her hands of her stomach

"lady uzumaki! this isn't a laughing matter!" said an eldry woman with no nonsense face

"huh? then why am I laughing, koharu?" kushina asks with sneer, anything that's gets on those a foot from the grave old fogies nerves would bring a smile on her face, she wants to find who did this and give him a hug, if she knew she would wants to give him more than a hug tho...

"that's what I wants to know! you still the fourth's wife! how can you laugh at something like that!" koharu said with frown

kushina smiles didn't fade and said "heh, if Minato still alive, he would laugh with me! he was open-minded unlike you, the old coots who lives in the past!" she said crossing her arms under her bouncfull chest

"you!" koharu what to continue but a hand stopped her "homura?"

"don't humor her kohrau, or she will get on your nerves anyway." the elder man next to her said calmly and continue to say "nonetheless, lady uzumaki, what the prankster did is clear disrespect to the authorities, pranking civilian is one thing, but what he did to our respectful leaders faces is not acceptable."

but kushina didn't relent "heh, his actions decrease the crime rate!"

"that's the police force job."

"police force?! are you even listening to the crap you spouting! our police force is barley functioning! get isolated in far part of the village, and the clan who responsible for such force, are treated worse than civilians! do you think they would give a flying donkey about the current status of the village if the latter treatment them like shit on street?" kushina said sharply

"lady uzumaki, we are in respectful meeting, please refrain from uttering such foul language." homura said without much expression but didn't bother to reply to her rant, they did it so many times

"hmph! , whatever." kushina knew this discussion won't be fruitful so she changed the subject, and smirked, and looked to another elder with a white hat and said "hey old monkey! what is your feeling having becoming more prettier than usual?" anyone who disrespect the hokage like that would probably send to jail, but kushina didn't care less

her respect to the third hokage was dead the moment her long lost sister came to her, it's become even worse when Saruto said to her a situation where if she died with Minato, her child would be treated like the monster who destroyed the village, but the not hero who they both want they to be..

this made her fuming in anger, as she didn't doubt that would happen, not with the history he is having, she even think he would approach her child like the kind grandfather he thinks he is and told them about the will of fire and another nonsense he might say, that way her child would have something to clinge to in this village and would do the best to protect it

she doesn't want naruko to even think about this nightmarish life, living without father was enough, but creating mindless solider out of her? no fucking thank you.

hiruzen grimaced a bit but didn't rebute, arguing with uzumaki is the last thing on his mind, he smokes a from his pipe and said "feeling dandy, this old bones are pretty stiff, and laughed a bit makes me feel 10 years younger, seeing youth trying to make his village better, regardless of his... unusual method, bring me to see our village in bright future, but speaking on our youth, how is Saruto-kun doing." hiruzen said with an eye smile

kushina expression change and quickly put a defensive position "why you asking me? that brat is just my daughter friend, you shouldn't ask me this."

hiruzen smiles mysteriously and said "is that so? then why you seems overly protective of him? being your daughter friend isn't enough? right?"

"they are really close, so I occasionally look after him." she said not changing her expression

"ohh? then what about the time you stopped me making him my personal disciple? or the time danzou was interested in him but you insist that he should have normal academy life without out intervention? you even protecting his aunt too, I bet he doesn't know you did that for him."

kushina growl but a calming and gentle voice in her mind appears 'calm down kushina, your emotions is leaking, the old monkey is getting to you'

'Yin'er.. thank you..I didn't think the old fogie has much perspective' kushina said in grateful

'he is an old coot, even if he gullible, he still an old fox and look for tiny details' yin'er said and then huffed 'hmph, I didn't do it for you, but for Saruto..' yin'er said in embarrassment

'fufufu, aren't you a tsundere~?' kushina laughed

kushina huffs but did it and opened her eyes, the conversation took less than a second so it wasn't awkward so she said deceivingly "is it wrong to protect my son-in-law? and his remaining family."

"son-in-law?" koharu frown "your daughter is extremely talented, and our beast host, marrying a civilian origin won't appreciate."

"huh?! who are to have saying who my daughter marry?! she likes him and that's enough for me!" kushina said having giving no chance for them to say otherwise

"but.." homura try to say something but hiruzen stopped him "enough you two, Saruto-kun is itachi's student ,you know how he is talented, he won't chose unsatisfying candidate for his brother-in-law."

"what?! the brat is marrying both the Uchihas and uzumaki heiresses?! this is absurd!" koharu said in disbelief and said "how was your lady uzumaki, your daughter opinion?"

"naruko and sasuko treat each other like sisters, and me and mikoto are great friends, having Saruto as our point of sharing is a great way to make our families even closer, I couldn't ask for more. I bet the other side agree with me."

"I wonder about that." koharu said unconvinced but didn't continue and said in new topic "so can we conclude the point of this meeting? what should we do? lord hokage?"

"for now, nothing, the prank are harmless, if it become worse we will do discuss in the future."

"but what about the mountains, if we do nothing, our citizens will think that anyone can disrespect their leaders" homura said

"I'll deal with it, Don't worry, now is there anything else?" hiruzen asks

"nothing old monkey, I'm going." kushina left without ceremony and never bothered to look back

after she left the elder woman said "is it fine to let her do as she please?"

"...it's fine, she is pillar of our village, no matter how much she hates me , she would protect it regardless, unlike her daughter, she perfectly can control the kyuubi half inside her, making her dangerous, if disrespecting me is the price for her being our gurad dog...or in this case fox..I'm gladly take it." hiruzen said while smoking his pipe and said "you are dismissed."
