9 Chapter – 9: Finally alone and future plans

[Rei POV]

"Rei-kun, we will be going to meet Fugaku-sama tomorrow, you have to behave ok?" says Akako-san.

I was surprised, "Don't worry Akako-san, I will be a good boy and behave very well," I say with a big silly smile but internally, 'Why am I meeting Fugaku? I have only seen him twice since I came to this world. I hope it's not to give me trouble.'

The next day morning, after a rather long bath and dressing properly, I meet Akako-san who was already waiting for me.

"Let's go Rei-kun," she says and grabs my hand, and starts walking out of the house.

After about five minutes of walk, we reach the Clan Head's residence.

"Wait here, I will inform Fugaku-sama," we were told to wait by Fugaku's attendant.

Five minutes later, Fugaku with his emotionless face (might be a facade too) entered the hall.

"Fugaku-sama!" All of us rise and pay respects to the clan head by bowing.

"Mmm" Fugaku continues, "Rei, you will become three in a few days, start learning to read and write. Uchiha are to be the best in everything we do. The clan has arranged weekly lessons for children your age. Don't miss them."

"Hai Fugaku-sama," I bow again.

"Mmm," he nods and continues, "From next week, you will be living alone. Akako-san will be looking after someone else. Your mother has left all her and your father's savings with me, I will give it back to you monthly. You need to learn to live by yourself from now on."

I look towards Akako-san in sadness, the sadness is not fake, but it is for a different reason than her, 'You kept all my money, Where is my interest?' I scream internally.

"Hai,"

"Good, you can leave and don't miss any classes."

Both I and Akako-san bow and take our leave.

On the way, I am still sad, at least appear to be, "Don't worry I will visit you often," Akako-san says with her terrifying smile, "You have to learn to be by yourself, don't spend all your money on junk food. I will teach you how to cook simple stuff. Also, you have to grow up and start making new friends. Don't always be holed up in your house…"

She kept ranting about this and that and I kept nodding seriously. Although I wasn't a chef, I did learn to cook, courtesy of my college days.

The week passed without any new developments. On the day Akako-san left, I forced myself to cry. Do you know how hard it is?

'Finally alone!' I relaxed.

Now, onto the more important stuff. I already checked the lessons are on Friday and Sunday. That too only for an hour in the morning. There are also common lessons for Uchiha orphans on Fire Ninjutsu and Uchiha Taijutsu, but I decided against joining them this early. I need to keep up my mediocre facade.

Now that I don't have anyone keeping watch over me, it's time to step up the game. I have three long term goals, these are other than the Chakra/Ninjutsu and Taijutsu that doesn't need to be said,

First, Bloodline experimentation to understand the secrets of the Otsutsuki bloodline. This has to be done in stages. First is actually activating Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan and completing Indra bloodline. Next, merging Ashura bloodline to get Hogoromo's. No idea how to do these currently, but I am in no hurry. After that, I need to plan how to get Homura's bloodline and merge with it to reaching Kaguya's. A lot of research is needed, but what's the fun without any hurdles.

Second, Fuinjutsu and Flying Raijin. For me to take full advantage of my Origin space, I need to learn Flying Raijin. But that, in turn, needs a deep understanding of Fuinjutsu and space affinity. I don't know about my space affinity yet, but Fuinjutsu will be a piece of cake with the A. I chip. It's like a super cheat, it can analyze the seal and show me the lines to draw like augmented reality, I just need to trace that path and insert chakra.

Third, when the A. I chip inserted the subroutine into the Artifact spirit, I had an idea. Currently and in the near future, there are some big players of the future who are still small children. Like Obito who is the key if I want to find Madara's body after he dies, Kakashi just for the jutsus he collects, and Kabuto (Not born yet) who is my ticket to learn Orochimaru's research into genetics and cloning or even senjutsu. If I can create a subroutine that can be injected into someone's spirit and can hide so deeply that not even Madara or Zetsu can find it, then I can gather so much data without lifting a finger. I am calling this Project Parasite.

I have set myself some grand aspirations, but I always believe 'Better to aim high and lose by some than to aim low and win.'

Although I have confidence in myself and some advantages that others don't, I need to always keep vigilance and never to get complacent. Even someone as strong as Kaguya Otsutsuki was defeated and sealed.

So, after multiple thinking sessions, I decided on my schedule.

6am - 8am: Leaf concentration

8am - 10am: Exercises.

11 am - 5 pm: continue to act as a lazy person without ambition or talent and attend the language class.

5 pm - 8 pm: Ninjutsu practice. I tricked some random Genin to show me the academy ninjutsu, it was pretty easy to get him to show me actually. I just had to praise and idolize him a little and voilà, he was very happy to show his "mastery" over them.

9 pm - late night: Origin space experiments.

While doing exercises and in Origin space, I have decided to keep my Sharingan active as long as possible to develop it faster. Also, I have decided to continue practicing Leaf concentration until I can cover my whole body with leaves and keep it sticking for an hour at least before attempting tree climbing.

With this schedule, I should be able to see results very quickly.
