63 Chapter – 63: Infiltration

It didn't take much effort to get my hands on Hachimon Tonko. All I had to do was follow Might Duy secretly when he left for practice and use my Eye of Truth to get everything I need; which I did the next day itself. Although, during his practice, he only opened the first six gates. And that too he kept them open only for a few short seconds, which kind of makes sense since he is not fighting anyone here. Therefore, I too could only analyze the method to open the first six gates. I will try to keep an eye on him for few more days and see. Even if I don't get it now it's fine, he will open all eight to fight the Seven Swordsmen of Kiri during this war, which I can use to get the full version or I can try to get it from Guy later.

I could have tried to use the Parasite to get it, but using it on Duy seemed like a bad investment to me. Also, since I haven't used the Parasite after I awakened my Mangekyo, because of the injury it will cause, I still haven't gotten a chance to use my mangekyo to analyze and optimize it.

Not to mention, I already have a target in mind for my next Parasite! But first, I need to get my Eye of Nothingness a genjutsu type mangekyo ability before I can even try. And I know exactly where I can find one, Wicked Eyes Uchiha Fugaku!

'But how can I force him to display his mangekyo ability?' I think hard but fail to come up with any solid plan.

'Anyway, my target for parasite is out of Konoha for now, so I still have a few months of time…'

Iwa and Kumo are much closer to Konoha when compared to Kiri and the best part is that these only require travel by land. Hence, it takes only about four days to reach Iwa and a week to reach Kumo. But it will take me a bit longer as I am following the same plan of leaving behind shadow clones.

The main motive for my trip this time is Explosion Release and Dust Release from Iwa, and Swift Release and Storm Release from Kumo. I know it will be extremely hard to get the Dust release samples as the only known user currently is Ōnoki. But still, I want to give it a try.

'If only I had Flying Raijin, it would have been so much easier…' I lament.

My plan for getting into Iwa and Kumo is a lot simpler than what I did in Kiri. In Kiri, my intention was to stay there and conduct research for a long time, but this time I am just doing an infiltration. Therefore, my plan has also changed to perfectly impersonating an Iwa/Kumo ninja and sneak in.

When impersonating someone, there are three parts to take note of; Appearance, Chakra and Memories. Appearance is what people who don't know you well use to identify you, Chakra is what the villages use, and memories are what people close to you use.

If I want to perfectly impersonate someone, I will first have to transform into him physically, transform my chakra to match theirs' and then somehow get my hands on their memories as well. For appearance, I am already well versed in physical surgery after using it a couple of times. I can use it to make my clones look like anyone I want and Chakra is not a problem too, as I found a ton of techniques in Tsunade's memories to do it. But memories are the tricky part. Hence, I used my Eye of Truth's ability to steal some high-level Yamanaka clan hidden jutsus. After undergoing one more round of optimization from the A.I chip, I am now capable of extracting memories from someone without having to use the Parasite. This way, I can use this identity to stay inside the village until my cover is blown.

Both of my clones have already reached pretty close to the hidden villages. All I need to do now is wait for someone to leave the village on a solo mission.

Two weeks later, I received news that one of my clones has successfully entered Iwagakure. My luck there was pretty good as my clone was able to trap a Tokubetsu Jonin who was returning from a solo mission. After capturing him, it used the upgraded hidden jutsu to extract memories from him and sent him on his way to the underworld after that. Next, it used shadow clone jutsu and had them perform the surgery to look exactly like him and then used Tsunade's jutsu to mask its chakra. With that done, the clone took his place and entered Iwa to report the successful completion of the mission.

However, my luck on Kumo's side seems to be running low as I didn't even spot a single solo shinobi in all of two weeks. There is nothing to gain by sulking, all I can do now is have patience and wait.

Back in Konoha.

'I guess it is true that an Uchiha enters an explosive growth period after awakening their mangekyo,' I think while looking at my stats.

A year ago, I was just a normal Tokubetsu Jonin and after awakening my mangekyo four months ago, I directly became a Jonin. Now, after four more months, I have almost stepped into the Elite Jonin level and there is no sign of slowing down yet!

'I would probably be an Elite Jonin by the time of my graduation… not bad…'

'However, regarding Fugaku…' I smile.

Initially, even after thinking for a long time, I could not come up with any solution for me to force Fugaku to reveal his mangekyo abilities. But then it occurred to me, why would I need him just to display his technique? Since I already have his blood sample, if all I want is his mangekyo ability, I can just make a clone out of his blood and control it with the Soul Descent Technique!

'I can't wait for the cloning to finish... Hiruko just you wait...'
