19 Chapter – 19: Jackpot

[Rei POV]

** a few days ago**

After selecting my first target, I start to formulate a plan. The first part of the plan is simple, I have to confirm if Tsunade has Blood Phobia and if it is as serious as shown in the anime. Well if she doesn't, then I am not even going near her.

To verify this was also simple, to suddenly make an injured person appear before her. It is not possible to take a bleeding person to her as I know the Anbu would be all over me before I can say the word Konoha.

But there is another way, cause an injury to someone when she is nearby. Obviously, it can't be a fight, as nothing smells fishier than a sudden fight in the middle of the street inside the village. Then not only the Anbu but even the Police will also be out to get me.

So, back to the problem, the solution is actually pretty simple too. Just let a child get injured while playing. After two long years of making many children "accidentally" get themselves hurt, I have become some kind of an expert in the field.

'I can even make a taijutsu technique out of it if I want to' I snicker.

Although after this fiasco, it will be investigated, I am not looking like my original self and this is even a clone.

If Tsunade is able to handle the blow, then I am out. Not even gonna try. If she is about to have a panic attack, however, I need to quickly approach her and lead her to the Senju compound before the hidden anbu can react.

My actual plan is divided into four main parts, First is sneaking into the Senju compound. There are many ways to achieve this, but I chose to place the Origin space which is disguised as a dust particle on Tsunade's clothes. This way, I can just pop out next to her.

Next is to distract the Anbu. Do any of you know why magic tricks work on you even when you know it is a trick and not real? Our brains rely on visual cues to make sense of what we see. We expect a continuation and rational organization, and when those concepts are missing our brains can't figure out why. The trick is to grab all attention onto something fancy, while sneakily achieving the goal right under their nose.

For example, let's assume as an Anbu his task was to keep Tsunade safe and when he sees a child suddenly pop out next to her when she is in a desperate situation, his mind would start trying to find reasons for it. When he can't find a satisfactory answer, it will plant a seed of suspicion that I am some enemy in disguise, and readies himself to act as soon as he notices anything out of place.

And if I leave suddenly and he sees me running towards the village exit, then his brain would justify that I have achieved what I wanted and am running away. To stop me from escaping with crucial intel that Tsunade is unable to fight anymore, he will chase after me. But I am sure, he will call on more people. So, I will only have about a couple of minutes to finish my business.

Once the Anbu is gone, I make one more clone go out of the Origin space with an oni-mask and black robes that covered every inch of my clone's body, and inside he has used transformation jutsu too. A double-layered disguise.

Initially, I wanted to gather the blood myself, but that would be a huge risk and would leave evidence against me. Therefore, I started using my clones that had used Transformation Jutsu to buy some livestock regularly in the last three months. Blood phobia acts up when a patient sees the blood-red color, it doesn't have to be human blood at all. It is hard to gather human blood, but animals? would be too easy and not traceable at all.

I also place a large area silencing seal just to be safe while activating the best Genjutsu I can cast at the moment. Although it shouldn't have been able to affect her, currently her mind was a mess, so she was easily caught in my Genjutsu.

Everything proceeds according to plan. Tsunade, being stuck in my Genjutsu is unable to react when I appear behind her and knock her out.

Moving on to the next part, which is also the most important part as I need to physically be present to inject the parasite. I know I don't have much time as the Anbus might come in anytime and the longer I wait the more variables there are. I have to finish all my tasks in under a minute.

So, after the clone confirms she has indeed passed out, I move next to her who is now covered in blood. I place my hand on her head and start the Parasite injecting process. First, there were just beeps from the A. I chip but later when the Parasite was about to detach itself from my soul, I felt a soul tearing pain, pain the likes of which I had never felt before. Even though it was just an instant, it felt like an eternity of pain for me. And this is just a minute amount of soul I lost, I think with pale face and start injecting my chakra along with the parasite into Tsunade.

The next part is getting out, which is also the toughest part. But I have a simple solution for it. Once the parasite injection is done, I take the clone which was collecting Tsunade's blood into the Origin space with me and make the Origin space blend in with all the blood on the ground. This way when they clean up the room, they themselves will bring the Origin space along with them out of the Senju compound. I don't have to do anything at all.

Once that is done, I immediately instruct the clone to monitor the surroundings and control the origin space once they are out of the Senju compound and teleport to my bed so I can get some rest. I feel really tired and sleepy, not sure if it's because of the stressful day or because of losing a part of my soul. As soon as I enter the bed, I fall unconscious too.

When I wake up, I immediately check my location and scan the surroundings outside of the Origin space to see if it is safe to go out.

'I have hit a jackpot!' I am over the moon right now. Not literally, of course, as the other white eyes are over there.

The plan went better than expected. The one-time-use Parasite was able to scan all of Tsunade's memories, even the ones which she probably thought she has forgotten herself, and transfer them all back to the A. I chip just before self-destructing.

'I now have all the experiences of one of the greatest ninjas of the time! these should significantly increase my abilities.' I think while grinning from ear to ear.

** at the Senju compound some time ago**

The Anbu rushes back after the clone he was chasing suddenly turns into smoke and disappears. It then dawns on him, damm this is a distraction! But when he gets back, it was his turn to get a panic attack. He sees Tsunade covered in blood and passed out scaring the hell out of him.

'Please be ok, or The Hokage will end me,' he prays to an unknown deity and starts to walk towards the other anbu who was inspecting her. After finding out the blood is not from her and she is not injured, physically at least, he sighs. Still, he knows how this will reflect on his resume.

After making sure Tsunade is temporarily out of danger, he nods towards his comrades and rushes to the Hokage building to report.
