6 Affinity

After our little spar we continued on to other training. "So I assume you know how we reinforce our bodies with chakra right well what you might not know is that makes wonderful training for your chakra as long as you constantly maintain it throughout the day it'll be like your constantly doing the leaf exercise and it's good for your muscles as you workout and break the fibers the chakra heals and gives the energy they need to grow. Honestly never figured out why no one else did this. I've been doing it ever since they showed us in school."

Giving me a rather blank stare he responds "Because it strains the chakra so much that normal people can only use it in short bursts on targeted areas of the body. Did you not listen to the lecture?"

"Nope, once iruka-sensei told us how it worked I was entirely focused on studying its effects." I send him a grin. "But that's besides the point you will be doing this yourself from now on i'll give you the pass of always having it on as I know i've got freakish levels of chakra but you will be doing this as much as you possibly can on weekends and as much a you can get away with doing the week Okay? Good next it's time we figure out our elemental affinities i'll demonstrate. We take this paper and push our chakra through it and depending on what happens to it is our affinity. I'll go first."

As I do this thinking my affinity is wind I realize chakra is the combination of physical and spiritual energy so 50-50 odds are i've not got a wind affinity but then the paper splits and sets on fire cool two complimentary affinities. "So as you just saw the paper split in half showing my wind affinity and the set on fire showing my well fire affinity. But besides that it can become dust showing earth affinity, get wet showing water affinity, or crinkle to show lightning affinity so why don't you go ahead and do it."

As he listens to me just like in the anime his paper crinkles instead of setting alight. "What, how's that possible everyone in my clan has a fire affinity!"

"Oh calm down sasuke you can train an affinity even if you don't have it old man hokage trained all five nature affinities to great degree." I assure him.

"Okay how do I train fire then?" he basically demanded "mh-mh I think you should train your affinity first so you can get an idea for how elemental manipulation works before trying to train non-affinity elements so you are going to get a leaf any old one will work and your going to do exactly the same as with the chakra paper but this time you have to consciously try to manipulate lightning chakra to wrinkle the leaf, once you can do that ten times outa ten i'll help you with training a fire affinity okay?"

He furrows his brows and glares at me. I sigh "Look if you want to beat your brother you can't avoid any steps otherwise your foundation will be unstable and it will crumble in the end game do you understand me?"

Sighing himself "Fine" "Good plus this will actually be better for fighting your brother, after all as an uchiha he'll be expecting your primary element to be fired so this way you get the element of surprise."

Humming to himself he lets loose a breath "Fire enough you are always saying to use every trick in your arsenal."

"Good now get started already." saying so I start working on it myself of course considering wind manifested first it's likely my primary so that's what i'll start with getting a leaf out I begin by injecting chakra then I try to make that chakra sharp like a blade of wind which does cut the leaf it's more like a chakra scalpel than a blade of wind.

Getting another leaf I try once more but this time as I inject my chakra I imagine the essence of wind so to say the calm breeze when it's at peace but the raging hurricane that comes when it's disturbed.

Getting a better result this time as it feels like wind it's much too uncontrolled and instead of slicing the leaf in half it's torn to shreds. Whether this is because of to much chakra or because I imagened a fucking huricane when shaping the chakra or even both will require experimentation if I wish to master my affinity so thats what I do.

"He truly is a terrifying kid whilst his manipulations wouldn't work on any proper shinobi, samurai, or monk pretty much no civilian would be able to resist and he's only a couple months into the academy. And now he's training his nature affinities not to mention he had two of them right off the bat." we hear a crippled old man that looks like a hawk say

"Indeed old friend aren't you glad to know that even without giving him to you he will be an excellent weapon?" Sarutobi asks

"Hmph I question that with the way he and the villagers fight each other I wonder whether or not he will try to leave as soon as he has a level of power that would allow him to survive." The old warhawk questions.

Sarutobi answers "No he won't he's told me his dream personally, he is really rather smart he told me he already knows that none of the nations are better in terms of as he said demons in there closets and that instead of bitch about it and run from his problems he would rather man up and fix the damn problem. In this case he intends to take over my hat and fix the elemental nations. Honestly the look on his face when he told me this was like a man possessed it was rather terrifying truth be told not a face that should be seen on an eight year old."

"Hmmm that might not be a good thing after all not many people like change and would rather fight it then live with it, I know many on the council would fight him tooth and nail, or at least those on the civilian side."

"True as that may be, do you honestly think that once he grows up those old fogeys will have any chance of stopping him?"

Looking at the old war hawk sarutobi grins as Danzo does the same and the two start to chuckle.
