3 Chapter 2

Retsu definitely didn't know what to do. The choice was just way too difficult!!!

As the system said each packs will contain things that are linked to the name of the pack. As such the Snake Sannin pack should contain stuff like special jutsu or items that Orochimaru gained over the years after becoming the Snake Sannin, but the problem was the fact that if it was true, than the Legendary Shinobi pack wouldn't give him something that belonged to Orochimaru but other Legendary Shinobis.

It meant that he could potentially get something that belonged to Madara or Hashirama! There was also the Evil Genius pack, the system had never said that the packs would give him something coming from the Naruto world, as such he could get anything that belonged to an Evil Genius, or anything that an Evil Genius would need.

He just didn't have enough information, and thus he decided to leave it for later. He didn't need it for the moment after all. After coming to this decision, Retsu went to explore the laboratory, he was going to stay there for a whole month after all.

He explored it for a whole day and was quite impressed by how it looked. The laboratory wasn't all that big but could be counted as a perfect hidden base. It was located inside a cave that reached so deep that no light could be seen inside the cave. The laboratory had two floors, one for storage and cells, and one where experimented on pretty much everywhere. Retsu noted that there wasn't any chamber inside the laboratory, meaning that Orochimaru didn't even sleep in a bed or something.

The storage room had left Retsu deeply shocked. He wasn't sure if he took the body of the original Orochimaru from the anime, but now he truly doubted it. The original Orochimaru wasn't supposed to be already that much evil and creepy, but the whole damn room was filled with corpses!!!!

Actually after checking, some were actually people that were still alive, just incredibly injured. They were all paralysed and put into a forced sleep by seals that Orochimaru put on their foreheads. Retsu only stayed in the room for a few minutes, he didn't have the stomach to stay in there.

The cells didn't seem all that interesting, given that there weren't any prisoners in it. Which was quite logical since Orochimaru only arrived there a few days ago. Retsu then decided to get out of the cave, he wanted to see where exactly he was. But after a few minutes he heard the System.

[ Host, the System highly recommend that you check your inventory, you still don't know what you have on you. ]

Retsu smiled when he heard that. He wasn't used to this, but it was nice to know that even if he didn't have anything 'On him' he still had an inventory to secretly stock items. It could come in handy for future uses.

He concentrated and visualised the game screen and it appeared in front of him. He then switched from the Status to the Inventory, and immediately gasped.

"T-That's definitely not normal. System, i don't think it's possible that Orochimaru had that much things on him before i took over his body, why is there so much things in there ?" He asked after seeing a list of hundred items.

[ Orochimaru constantly kept scrolls on him so that he wouldn't miss anything. When you took over his body he had hundred of scrolls on him, and everything they contained was absorbed by the inventory. Before you ask, the inventory is better than sealing scrolls because it can absorb pretty much everything as long as you can support them, plus it gives you the ability to duplicate items and repair them if you have enough points ]

" Okay, okay. I wasn't going to say anything system. Well it's good and all but.......Why do i even have stuff like the Kusanagi sword, jutsu scrolls and a shit ton of ingredients ?!"

[.........The System cannot provide any answer for now, Host ]

"Yeah........Thought so. I need to guess things on my own huh ? Well no problem, but goddamn, Orochimaru was fucking paranoid. If it's actually the true Orochimaru and not some sort of altered version of him....In an altered version of the Naruto World." Said Retsu, narrowing his eyes.

[........The System cannot pro-]

"*Sigh* Forget i even said anything!" Retsu then proceeded to check his entire inventory, making sure to remember any important things he had in it. Before he could even finish, he heard the system again.

[ Host, you have a new quest!

Secondary Quest: Finish Orochimaru project, and create a poison that can damage any Dojutsu and render it useless for an indefinite amount of time:

Reward: Anti-Dojutsu Poison ( Imperfect Version), 1000 Gamer Points.

Do you accept Y/N ? ]

"Anti-Dojutsu Poison ?! Which means that those ingredients i found in my inventory are needed for the poison, and since you said that i can duplicate any items.....HAHA! You're really amazing System! Well there doesn't seem to be any time limit, so why not ? I accept !"

[ Secondary Quest accepted! Host, you need to know that 1000 gamer points are enough for a single use of the Gacha function. ]

"A single use ? Meh, could be something good! I mean you never know." Retsu then remembered something.

"Hey System.....I think it's time for me to decide which pack i want to receive!"

[ Very Well Host. Remember you have only three choices, which are:

-Snake Sannin Pack

-Legendary Shinobi Pack

- Evil Genius Pack

So which one will it be ? ]
