In Mushoku Tensei as a normal nobody

What do think would normally happen when a Truck hit a person? Do they get send flying with all their bones crushed or lose their consciousness? Well that wasn't the case.. for our Rudeus.. And me too.. I was on my way home after a tough day of driving all day long but before I could remember what had happened I had already run over Rudeus.. My consciousness was dizzy as if some outerforce was interfering with me In the next moment I was taken to the hospital through an ambulance but I died along the way. And here I am in the world of Mushoku Tensei. How do I know about this world? Welp I am not sure myself. Memories just flooded inside my mind after I transmigrated. 'Hmm..
