9 The Iron Man

Regret was again at the Hell's Kitchen beating gangs left and right. so far so good, his heroic career was so good that in two week, these gangs just surrender when they see him. This taken a bit out him since he can't beat them up when they surrendered but he has to do with it. Since he can't just send them to police and let them deal with this many criminals. But it seem he has a companion now.

Daredevil is watching me, I mean listening me beating up gang members for quite a while. I didn't know what his intention is, but since, he is a fellow hero, I guessed that he is not hostile.

"Hey," I called out to him. "You have been listening to me for quite a while isn't it? Come out and let talk". With that I created a table and chairs for us to sit in ground. The table is made of marble and the chair is made of augmented marble which was made to be soft while sitting, like sitting on a super fluffy cushion. He came down to the ground. He seem cautious, after hesitating for a while, he sat down. He seem to be suprised by softness of chair. I smriked but with my helmet covering me he won't see. While feeling thankful that I made the armors immune to any probing so any attempts to see inside it will be futile. But this is not important, I gestured him to speak while proceed to created tea and some cookies. This is common etiquette as far as I know.

" I noticed that you have been beating criminals and destroying gangs in Hell's Kitchen. But do you know about Kingpin?" He asked me. I frowned at the mention of that name. Of course, I know who Kingpin is, the crimelord of the New York underworld. He is a troublesome character but I can't touch him. He is troublesome but at the same time, he is a stabilising factor. Without him, the underworld will be at war at each other. Gunning for the position of crimelord. And I really can't do anything about that. After all, the light and darkness are two side of the same coin and both are needed to be at balance for the continuation of the world. So all I can do is somewhat limited. But this will be enough, too much light or darkness can destroy a world and my existence can easily tipped the balance.

"You had caught his attention. He is gathering info about you. I have come to warn you about this," he continued. I smriked at that, if he really come, he will only meet with losses.

"Don't worry, I am pretty tough. If he come he will suffer losses. This much, I can tell," I assured him and removed the table and chair. I opened the portal and stepped into my world.

My world has progressed for a bit. Now, it resembled medieval time. If I let this world progress like this, this world will become carbon copy of what my previous world. But I want to shake it up a bit. But this is not a good time. So, I watched around and decided that I will let it progress like this. When it reached 2022, I will come back and shake things up.

I came back at the top of a tall building. I flied up to the space and watched the Earth. It is always so beautiful whenever I see it. But many terrible disasters struck at this frequently that it made me wonder whether this ball of blue have protagonist aura or not. It seem that I have a guest. I glanced side way and saw Iron Man. His Iron Man suit is same as movie version but I know anything but that.

His gold is made with eternal gold, the best metal in existence. It can repair itself with speed faster than deadpool. Can be malleable to the molecular level and harder than any metal in existence with a command from its owner. All and all, it is a very Versatile and powerful metal. With this suit, I have very little doubt that he can beat anyone except cosmic beings and other very powerful beings Marvelverse. But that isn't because he can't, it is just that he is inexperienced. I waved at him and he waved back at me. With that, he dived down, heading back to his home. I guessed he just want to greet me.

With this, weeks passed peacefully. I beat thugs at nights and in daytime, I rest at home and watch anime,cartoon and read novels. Untill, I saw a news of Iron Man's raid on terrorist group, ten rings. I guessed he really wants revenge. This start from the use of his factory produced weapons at the raid of a village and now, he is beating terrorist, pounding them so hard that they are about to become mochi at this point. Of course, media is like hungry wolves, grabbing anything they can get of the Iron Man. But I know better than this, big day that will change the whole world is about to come. The day Tony Stark revealed himself as Iron Man. After that day, series of events started snow balling and before long, the once ordinary world is filled with magicians, heroes, villains and alien space gods. And I am waiting watching all of the unfolding while having fun myself.

I am really excited to see Captain America, he is my favourite character after Iron Man. He is like a real hero. A beacon of hope and I really wants to see him person. I smiled while the chains of destiny is turning. The world is about to change.
