~ Omni Pov ~

Alex got into Vasco's stance from his favorite comic to read in past life. However even he knew that this wouldn't be enough, he had to go further...

And that's when the thought hit him...

'I can copy the Hulk himself...' Alex smiled. If he didn't have that power now, he would simply copy. 

'I've already seen how his physiology flows, and how it works. I just hope it will be enough to close the gap in power we have now...' Alex thought. He inhaled, then exhaled. He focused his senses. Visualizing how he would mimic the hulk.

'It wont be perfect, but it should be enough...' He thought, opening his eyes. With clarity, and resolution, he opened his eyes. His taekwondo stance tightening immensely. Along with his muscles now forcefully expanding, far beyond their normal limits...

'Fuck! It hurst like hell... But, it should last me a minute...' He surmised. Pushing his body like this when he wasnt that adept at copying was foolish, but he knew it would be worthwhile...

Still, this couldn't just be called Vasco's Muay-Thai anymore, it was something more. Not just toughness and raw finesse, but a form/technique that draws out nothing but brute force as well out of the human body...

The Hulk, now more annoyed than before, charged Alex once again. Seeing this, Alex saw the punch. However, there would be no running away. This time, he would push...

"HAAAAAAAHHH!!!!" Alex shouted. 

Resulting from their fists colliding. A resounding shockwave swept the forest. Some trees were even knocked away from the sheer force of the collision. Both the hulk and Alex backed away in pain from the clash. Alex on the other hand, felt as if his bones were ringing-

'Gah! I must have caused fractures...' He thought. He could copy the force, but not the toughness. Even through this, he felt the same soothing sensation he was now familiar with, washing away the pain. His healing factor was now helping him to stay in the fight.

Still, even the Hulk was recovering too. Now he grew even stronger than he was before. However, it wasn't the only one that was growing...

It charged another thunderous wind-up, this time, with his left arm. The same thing happened once more, however the force was even greater than before. Both backing away from the pain.

*Cough!!* *Cough!!!* Alex spat out a little blood, the force affecting his internal organs as a result of worse endurance...

'42 seconds...' Alex counted down. He didn't have much time left. He needed to push through. He clenched his fists further. Charging towards the Hulk instead.

With his will matching his power. Alex mimicked the green giant. His movements now were without technique, now containing slow and purposeful windups. 

"HEARHH!!!!" He yelled. He unleashed a powerful smash towards the still recovering giant. 

*BOOOOMM!!!!*

The sound barrier shattering countless times from the force of the blow. The giant disappeared into the opposite direction, flying into countless trees...

Alex coughed up more blood. His nerves were burning out... And it was quick too. He had to end this fight soon, no more playing around.

~ Omni Pov, At the mansion ~

The team arrived quickly. Ushering whoever was in their way to move and make way for Hank...

"Hurry! Hurry! Out of the way!" Cyclops shouted. 

'He doesn't have much time at all.' Cyclops thought, worriedly. As they moved the through the corridors, they made their way to the medic room...

"Alright, Jean! Use your powers to get him on the bed." Ororo ordered.

"On it!" Jean responded curtly. 

The nurses quickly got whatever they needed ready in case of the worst... The head nurse looked to the team, however taking a quick look at Hank's body, she could that he was in very bad condition, and them being here wouldn't help her in the slightest "You all need to go-"

However, she was cut of immediately by sudden a violent rumbling. The quake lasted for 2 seconds, practically leaving as soon as it came...

'W-What!?' Ororo thought, confused. 

'What, was that?' She thought again. With her abilities, she could tell whether such things were natural or not. Earthquakes, storms, tsunami's and more... It was an innate ability for her.

But, this?

'This wasn't, natural...' She sensed the very earth itself, confirming so. But where did such a quake come from? However, having no time to waste, she straightened herself up...

"Alright, we need to go! Alex is fighting that thing alone!" Cyclops echoed. Drawing the words right out from her mouth, however, she felt that something was, off...

The team quickly made their way out of the mansion, wasting no time to go help...

~ Omni Pov, With Alex and the Hulk ~

"That looked like it did some *cough!* serious damage..." The hulk was practically knocked out. Alex had put everything he had into that last strike... 

However, his time had ran out quickly, he felt his body reverberate with pain. 

"BLur!-" Alex felt his blood rising up to his mouth, but he caught it quickly. Swallowing it back the blood once again. Losing that much blood was bad news. Especially at his point.

He quickly walked towards a tree, to help himself stand...

Alex breathed with labor evident; 'My nerves and muscles are burnt out completely. Even my bones, they all have minor fractures too...' He thought grimy to himself. However, his healing factor was healing him up, but slowly...

"Fuck..." Alex chuckled to himself. The soothing sensation, coupled with the pain tickled. It was weird.

He then looked over towards the Logan, now healing up to a good degree. 'Looks like my healing factor got better again.' Alex noted, feeling the creak in his bones still. His body was still on the verge of collapse...

He walked over toward Logan, then he made his way towards the direction of the Hulk. He knew he had to check up on the green giant again...

He continued walking, realizing that he hit the Hulk really far away. As Alex got closer, he saw his figure, lying peacefully. However, Alex realized that something was, off...

'Shouldn't he have return to normal by now?' As soon as the thought so, the hulk immediately got up...

'Oh~ fuck!' Alex thought again. The Hulk looked hazily towards Alex, his green eyes turning into a neon shade glowing brightly, Alex on the other hand felt as if he could touch the Hulk's wrath and bloodlust, and all of it was aimed at only himself.

The green beast gritted his teeth in rage getting up. Alex, wanting to get into a stance, was still in pain. Walking was all he could muster at the moment...

"SHIT!!!" He shouted. The hulk charged towards him, with double his speeds earlier! Barely perceiving the strike, Alex quickly upped his guard. In the next instant. 

*BOOOOOMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!*

Knocking Alex away with massive force. He flew across the forest, already knocked out completely from the initial impact, slamming into the nearby mountain...

The Hulk? He roared, his wrath, only growing more, and more...
