3 Where is the Sanctum?

After recovering from the tragedy, Theon slowly got up.
'I have to get out of here, Armin will notice that something is wrong, first I need to find a way to reach Kamar-Taj, Xavier school is off-limit since I don't want that dude prying in my mind' He thought
"But first I need to get out of here"
Looking at the dead bodies near himself he almost wanted to cry again but he steeled himself and kept going.
'I will avenge them'
He started running toward the orphanage gates.
"Blocked? Okay, my power seems to be telekinesis, a bit lame but I can work with that."
He concentrated, feeling the gates, looking for any inconsistencies he could exploit.
'Bolts? Let's try unscrewing them.'
They slowly started to get off and the gate fell off.
"Let's hope that I'm not in a desolate city"
/3 hours later/
"WHERE THE FUCK I AM!? WHEN WILL THIS FOREST END?!" Theon screamed.
Theon has been walking for hours following the pathway and he has seen nothing but trees, trees and other trees and he was getting sick of it.
'The orphanage was well hidden there, I should have suspected it when they transferred us here'
While thinking Theon felt a chill coming down his spine.
Something was watching him!
He slowly turned around and almost had a heart attack at the sight of what was in front of him.
A giant black bear was salivating in front of his face
'Did my scream attract it here?'
'Fuck it's huge'
He cautiously stepped back, attempting not to trigger the bear's hunting instinct. Unfortunately, the bear roared and swiped its claws at him. Theon swiftly dodged the attack.
'I cannot outrun it I have to find a way to fight back'
He immediately excluded using telekinesis, there were only little stones around him and he seriously doubted they could pose a threat.
He started running in circles using the trees to slow down the unraged animal.
An idea came up to his mind:
'He said it has immense potential. I'm risking my life here, but if it doesn't work, I'll complain to Him later.'
Somewhere else a black man sneezed.
The black man looked YOU(yes you, the reader) deadass in the eyes and said: YOU really thought I would ask who was talking about me? I'm TOAA buddy, not a chance, now Author, get out.

'I can feel it...the flow...' he slowed down, turned around, and swiped his hand in front of the bear. The huge creature immediately stopped.
Seeing this Theon took a breath of relief.
'Thank you, my bet paid off I guess th-'
He couldn't finish his thoughts as exhaustion hit him, and he fainted.
Waking up, Theon found his face pressed against something solid and gray, reminiscent of asphalt.
Yes, it was asphalt.
'Did the bear bring me here?'
Looking around, he saw a sign indicating New York was 20 km away.
'Eh? There's no way the bear brought me here. Can animals even read? Wait no, he must have brought me here bc it was the first sign of human civilization'
He prayed for the bear's blessing.
Then, a loud growl emanated from his stomach.
'Okay, I need to head toward the city.'
/5 months later/
A lot of time passed since Theon reached the city, he immediately started looking for the Sanctum Santorum but couldn't find it even after 2 weeks of investigations.
The Ancient One probably didn't want him to reach Kamar-Taj.
The reason? How would he know?
Why he was sure of its existence? Well, the second day of his arrival, he saw the Wizard, the Eye, the Cape Man, the future Sorcerer Supreme, th-

*Cough*Cough, where I was? Ah yes; Theon saw Stephen Victor Stranger and discovered that he was in the year 2002, if his memory served him right the MCU started with Ironman in 2008.
'So I have roughly about 6 years to prepare myself. A lot to prepare but I can't do nothing as it is right now since I'm inexistent.'
Since he couldn't find a trace of sorcerers he decided to wait for Xavier, yea he knew his plan was risky but he had no other choice, he just hoped that in this universe Xavier was not as bad as his comics counterparts or that his power included a mind shield.
Being semi-homeless wasn't too terrible, at least not for him, he continuously used what he started calling °Mind Touch° which allowed him to connect with any sentient animals.
It essentially allowed him to change people's intentions example: If a man wanted to give him 5 dollars Theon would be able to change it to nothing or 100 dollars.
Thanks to that he had no problem with food or money.
As for a place to stay?
Well, he used telekinesis to create a wooden house using a YouTube tutorial (you can actually do it I'm not joking).
He even got himself a phone!

However, not everything was as promising as it seemed. There was a sudden limitation to his abilities—he could no longer enhance his powers beyond 50 kg, a far cry from his previous capability of 200 kg, like when he dealt with the HYDRA agents and the same could be said for his Mind Touch.
Despite the stagnation of his powers, his physical form underwent a transformation. He now stood at 1.54 meters tall, sporting noticeable traces of abs.
"God has blessed me with an impressive physique. If I hit puberty, I might easily reach Captain America's level of strength," he mused, estimating his potential.
It was a day like another, he roamed around in search of the Sanctum, got some free money, evaded the cops and watching videos about trigonometry.
Until he felt the presence of people around the house.
"Professor, are you sure that he's here?"Asked a male voice"
"Yes, Logan, I pinpointed him using Cerebro. The level of energy he emanates couldn't possibly be human bo- Oh, he's already aware of us. Young man, fear not! We pose no threat!" declared another voice, unmistakably belonging to Xavier.
'He didn't use telepathy? Man ty God for not selling me' thought Theon with a breath of relief.
Emerging from the hut, he found himself face-to-face with Wolverine, Scott, and...Xavier.
"Who are you people, and how did you find me?" questioned Theon, though he already knew the answer.
Xavier regarded Theon with a serene expression, a sense of understanding reflected in his eyes. "We mean you no harm, young man. My name is Charles Xavier. We found you through means that might seem extraordinary to you, but rest assured, we are here to offer guidance, not to intrude."
His voice carried a soothing tone, aiming to ease Theon's apprehension. "You possess an incredible energy, one that goes beyond what is typically found in humans. We are a group that helps individuals like yourself understand and control these unique abilities. We are the X-men"

It's the raw ability to "truly possess unlimited power and potential" that solely centers the power aspect/basics of Omnipotence/Nigh-Omnipotence. The user possesses limitless power so great it can infinitely exceed everyone and everything else in their setting allowing them to potentially achieve anything and everything.
