Jack already knew what was going to happen, Hammer was gonna exploit Ivan's wisdom and try to replicate the iron man suit, all in the hopes of showing one up to Tony.

This will lead to many things such as Tony finding the new element, which he already knew is happening because he was currently spying on the world's best spy and Tony Stark.

Nick Fury had finally contacted Tony, but unlike in the movies, this time he was inside Tony's house in California. Tony and he were working on stuff as usual when Jarvis detected the entry of someone, Jack disappeared right away and the next moment Tony was being briefed by Nick Fury and Natasha Romanoff.

She was looking around, probably looking for Jack, Jack noticed a device hanging from her waist.

He had a feeling that this device was related to him somehow, it was just a hunch, but he was rarely wrong.

"Oh! I need you to arrange a meeting with the Wizard for an interview "

"Huh, what do you want him for?" asked Tony, He thought that the organization might be looking for his friend for some nefarious reason, to be truthful, he didn't have much faith in this so-called organization.

The topping on the cake was that his father was a founding member. These guys came into his home and acted like they owned the damn place and that there was nothing he could do.

Tony secretly made up his mind to truly upgrade his Jarvis to a higher level so that no one can tinker with it.

"Alright...I will leave him a message the next time he comes over with a package" - Tony said.

"You have a pretty good relationship with the Wizard, so how about just calling him over." - asked Nat.

"You are fired by the way, I don't need you snooping around anymore." Tony pointed at Nat who scoffed and Nick Replied

"No, she isn't, though she will be replaced with another agent of ours who will be coming over with your dad's belonging, we hope you can get a cure through it. He must have left something for you." - said Nick as he stood up.

Tony secretly glared at the retreating backs of Nat and Nick Fury who had little to no idea of what they were doing, this wasn't a poisoned Tony who would feel overwhelming respect and admiration for them, this was the Tony that would stay smart and healthy even if he were to bath in palladium all day just because of the potions.

And Tony wasn't someone who would let bygones be bygones.

'You hacked me, so I will hack you." - Said Tony

Unfortunately, he was being listened to, and shield quickly put up countermeasures in case Tony wanted to mess things up for fun.

"You can come out now, they are gone." - said Tony.

Jack came out of the shadows, it was a simple cloaking cloth, he was using to stay hidden along with a notice-me, not charm.

"Are they gone?" asked Jack as he looked around the room.

"Yes, they are gone, anyway why did you hide in the first place, you could have just dealt with them head-on, and if things go south, you can just run away." - asked Tony, He was surprised about his friend's behaviour.

"Yeah, I am just not in the mood to meet them right now, not when they are so...conflictive." - Jack said in a darker tone, indicating that he was taking it seriously.

"Hmm, do you mean something shady is going on in there..." asked Tony.

"Hmm, maybe or maybe not, but I don't wanna take my chances with an organisation that I just got to know about, I am surprised you even let them talk with you." - Jack had gotten a pretty good idea on Tony's habits and being submissive wasn't one of his habits.

Tony and Jack talked for a while before Jack decided it was time for him to go for his daily patrol and then he went for a training session.

Many things were gonna happen this year, and he didn't want to be left behind. As he was about to fall asleep, he received a message in the group chat.

This was made by him, it included him, Peter and Gwen.

Peter: So anyone not going to the Expo?

Gwen: Why wouldn't we go, it's the biggest event of the year.

Peter: Yeah, that's right, though we also have a match.

Jack: Hey! Just throw the match aside, it's important to go to the expo.

Peter: But you are the Vice President of the club.

Jack: So what?, I will go if I wanna go, no one can stop me.

Jack put down his food after checking on the phone once more and approving the potions delivery. Like always, he denied the SHIELD request. He wanted to see how long can they take it before they send someone to talk to him.

Although now he knew that they were looking for him, he still wasn't gonna bend over, The SHIELD was infested with The HYDRA, and he didn't wanna give those bastards the potions at any cost.

Meanwhile in the prison

Ivan was kidnapped and being led to Hammer, the owner of Hammer industries and the self-proclaimed rival of Stark industries.

Hammer had seen how Tony was, for a moment helpless against Ivan as he was about to whip him into pieces, but he was stopped by the New York hero, The Wizard.

Hammer wanted to cooperate with Ivan and create an army of Iron soldiers that could rival that of Starks and then he would be at the top of the industry, no longer would he be a shadow, a mere watered-down version of Tony Stark who could never surpass him.

In the end, He was able to convince Ivan to help him create his Iron Man suits.
