14 14. Memories

(A/N: to the old readers. I have made King's looks same as Fairy King Angush. So you can see that but I will leave a pic on this anyway.)

It's been five years since King became Aelsa's son, Elaine's brother and the Crown Prince of Alfheim.

He has learnt some magic and a very large amount of languages and common sense of Alfheim.

He just recovered all his memories and grew ecstatic with all the discoveries that he made.

But he found that memories of past five years have also affected him a lot.

His love for Aelsa and Elaine are the same as ever. There was no decrease in love whatsoever and the childishness was still there.

It was like he just got the memories from his previous life and the emotions of growing up and experiencing different things.

In a way, he was just the current King and the emotions of Alex from previous life were still there. It is like a mix up and might take some time to fully mix them up and come to a balance.

Just anything that happened after coming to Marvel also had every emotions behind it like his time with Death and Yggdrasil.

Those emotions of love with them were still there and weren't gone.

'Intriguing'. King rubbed his chin and smiled to himself.

It was like a mystery to him and he wanted to solve it like a puzzle but he still had the magic homework to do.

Today he was going to start his physical training as well.

'I had to pester mom for a long time before she finally allowed me to train physically'. King smiled happily when thinking that he will train physically now as well.

The feeling of growing stronger was very satisfying to him for some reason and the only thing that could top it was spending time with Aelsa and Elaine.

His trainer was also none other than the Chief of the Army, Sir Ivory Honeyshot.

So King was quite excited to learn from him. He will definitely be able to learn some good Weapon and Hand to Hand combat.

King closed his eyes and slept eagerly after a while. Waiting for the next day to start his training.

Elaine was already sleeping while clutching him in her arms tightly.

Aelsa had separated their rooms when King was three years old.

Both of them had their separate rooms but Elaine never went to her room to sleep anyway.

She would always sleep in his room and hug him tightly in her sleep like a body pillow.

Plus it didn't help that both of them liked to sleep on Chastiefol and it could grow bigger to accommodate them perfectly on top of it.

So both of them slept peacefully while hugging each other.

King woke up the next day with a vacant feeling on his body.

He was more used to having a head, a leg or an arm laying on top of him when he wakes up.

'Where's Elaine?' He lifted his head and looked around to see that he was the only one on the bed.

'Guess, she went early today. A big surprise this is'. He shook his head and smiled.

King went to take a bath and prepare for the day. Today was the much awaited day of his Physical training.

So he was quite looking forward to it and quickly washed himself and did his daily routine before the maids dressed him up nicely like a prince.

King had no awkwardness with this. It was pretty natural to him because it has been happening since he was born.

There has never been a day that he has dressed up himself. The maids always wash him and cloth him in the morning.

King prepared to go out of the room but suddenly, a portal opened in the room and a black puppy entered the room through it.

An additional voice rang in his ears and he knew exactly who it was.

"Hehe, see if you like the gift that I sent to you". Death's voice rang in his ears and King looked towards the puppy that had just popped into his room.

"Thank you but what is it?" King thanked her with a smile and looked at the puppy carefully.

"It is my creation. Since Yggdrasil made your spear. I thought I had to give you something as well. I pestered Infinity for a full five years before she gave it to me". Death spoke with pride when she mentioned about the pestering like she did the best thing in the universe.

"Thanks for your hard work". King thanked her softly with an affectionate smile.

Death giggled happily when she heard King. There was blooming smile on her face on the other side.

"Happy Birthday". She greeted him happily before she cut the connection.

King wanted to thank her again but the connection was already cut before he could.

"I totally forgot about my Birthday in my excitement". King shook his head and picked the puppy up from the ground.

The puppy was fully black like the night with bright white eyes that shone like diamonds on his black body.

He looked beautiful and cute. King couldn't help squeezing the puppy close to him.

"Woof woof". The puppy barked cutely and licked King's face happily.

Death had bound him to King as his exclusive summon and this puppy was rather useful as well.

It can open portals to anywhere in the universe. Be it the past or the future. It know no limits and can travel to any place.

Only special powers and places can stop its approach with their abilities.

'It has the power of Infinity itself infused into it. So it is quite OP'. Alex smiled happily while rubbing his head on the puppy's soft fur.

"I'll call you Lopt, meaning Space or Sky". King put the Puppy in front of his face and said to him.

Lopt woofed happily and wagged it's tail before he started licking King's face again.

"Hahaha, ok stop already". King laughed because it felt ticklish on his face and took the puppy up on Chastiefol and left the room finally.

He had already gotten the best gift that he could ask for from Death and now he was going to the dining room to have breakfast with his Mom and Elaine.
