5 Chapter four

She was more beautiful than anything he had laid his eyes on, so fierce and powerful, this brought a smile on his lips, his quest for power was now greater than anything, he had waited for years, years to be back on his feet after the last war drain him of his power making him seek and search for a means to get stronger until the prophecy of a much stronger warrior who would subdue him was announced, of course, he looked for a way to subdue her first. Raising his hand to touch his left chest, it was the place where her half heart was implanted. He could feel the energy that radiated through it, so powerful and raw with these no one can harm or kill him he has something valuable than their kingdom. Laughing at their defeat, he was going to destroy every inch of their kingdom and take possession of their greatest and strongest warrior... Thalia.

April stood and watched her friend as she strapped her hunting armor on. "I think we're going kill big today" she grin, Thalia smiled still wearing a swollen look. This was going to calm her raging blood, she thought, still couldn't get it off her mind that she was defeated for the first time by Loki the devil. "what happened to all the demons when I blacked out" Thalia asked. "When you black out your power that evaporated from your body killed all of them, we won.....at least April said turning away to look out the window down the waterfall, "But still I blacked out" Thalia frowned, of course, April knows that she was one of the strongest goddesses but with a half heart, everybody knows. She has seen her mother's eyes crowd with fear when she told her that only she alone could fight and subdue the devil, it would have been easier if he didn't have her heart. She touched the necklace given to her by the healer for protection against Loki's manipulation. She was going to win over him and wipe away the fear that has started crowding her kingdom. April watched as her friend frowned in deep worry, she knows that defeating the most powerful demon would be hard especially when Loki had she has witnessed the devil power at the battlefield, she has felt the darkness and for the first time fear has ripped through her heart, Thalia the warrior princess, reborn goddess of water, strongest of all warrior bowed in pain as the darkness penetrates through her heart, she has tried all she could to break through darkness to save her friend but the more she tried the more the darkness ripped into her, she watched Thalia and she fell to the ground in pain before her power exploded destroying all the demon. "I think it's time to leave" April spoke breaking through her Worries, no matter what they would come out victorious.

Tiptoeing through the forest, Thalia listens hearing nothing but wind. Adonis her teacher has taught her all about hunting. He has told her to listen, observe before striking her enemy if you only listen, she won't be able to know when the enemy would strike, if she only observes, she would miss the important details on how to strike, he was a great warrior and also a great teacher. She looked up sighting April on top of the tree with her spear out and smiled nothing was better than having a warrior as good as April as a friend. She focused again, hearing a growl it was in a distance, she fastens her step moving swiftly more than any human, listening one more time, it was close, so close she could feel the energy, "It time for games" she smiled, sighting the huge forest animal with her smile on her lips, she whistles at it, she could have slung her spear to it without any stress but she wanted this, wanted something to calm her raging blood first". April watched her friend from the top of the tree and smile when she saw the whistle, she wasn't it for a silent kill, she wanted a fight, she sat watching the fight but keeping alert for any animal in sight.

The animal rush at her, she just stood and watched it coming, diving under the animal as it lunged at her when the animal turned again growling with anger, Thalia smiled at it, "Come on babe you got this" she smirked positioning her spear forward, it dives at her again, grabbing the beast head she hops on it back "Bye-bye" she muttered before diving the spear into the beast back, flipping and landing on her feet. she watched as it lunged at her again in pain, sliding down on her back she slugged her dagger into the beast's stomach, she watched it growl before slumping to the ground. "Nice kill" April said jumping down from the tree with a deer on her arm. Thalia eyed the deer and the beast on the ground it "I think we should call for a feast"
