What wedding?

"How are your parents?" Mother Mei asked Shan with a small smile.

"They are doing well. They sent their greetings."

Lijuan shot Shan a weird look and Shan winked at her so she wouldn't say anything. Lijuan suppressed a scoff.

When was the last time Shan saw her parents? She didn't like going home. So who had sent their greetings?

"Hope you've had dinner? The maids could make you something and send it upstairs if you haven't" Mother Mei offered.

"Thank you so much mother, I already ate before coming." Shan said modestly.

Mother Mei was watching her favourite drama alone in the sitting room when Shan came in so the girls quickly excused themselves so she could continue with her drama.
