117 I Suppose I Can't Argue With That Logic

Roman really regretted not ending up closer to Penny as the meal went on. By the end of it, they still hadn't spoken a word to each other.

What was the point of introducing them if that was literally all that happened? Harry wasn't exactly subtle so he probably wouldn't be getting another chance anytime soon. The opportunity had been completely blown.

He sighed. What a waste.

He had really wanted to talk to her too. Figure out how she ticked. Penny had flitted through his mind every day since he first saw her and the unfamiliar sensation left him unsettled.

Roman had never been terribly interested in other people because they were so interchangeable in his life. Everybody came and went without leaving much of an impression behind aside from Harry.

He hadn't felt anything for another person like this before. It was more than simple curiosity based on how strangely his heart kept reacting whenever he thought about her.
