Powerscaling

Hey there, I know I've been releasing a lot of minor chapters in between actual chapters where it's just basically talking, but I feel the need to clarify things before the actual plotline begins in arc 2.

Mainly, the Power scaling.

I'm going to be really honest with you, I hate the power scaling in Harry Potter. It made no sense that a child barely out of his teens would be able to defeat a well-trained wizard in the dark arts, or even the fact that they barely used good magic in all the movies.

As such, I'm not going to be using the same bases for magic in this novel that the actually canon did.

Don't worry, it won't be some weird cultivation thing that basically disguises itself as magic, but it also won't be as straightforward as the normal canon.

My plan is to have wizards have stages in which mana has become mixed with their body, and the longer they are alive, the more they use magic, and other means, the higher their magical capabilities are and the better spells they can do.

Very simple system, yet works much better than anyone casting anything if they can flick their hand and say the words properly.
