7 Chapter 07: Aurora Borealis the dazzling curtain that illustrates the sky.

While the others wete fighting Gabriel flew down to the ball of squirming pink cloth.Once she got closer she noticed that the pink cloth was wrapped around a crying baby.She walked toward the bady and picked it up.

The baby stopped crying the moment the Seraph's soft delicate hand touched it. Gabriel cradled the baby swinging it back and forth."Poor thing. You will never again fell the love your mother even though you did nothing wrong. "Truly unfortunate." She muttered softly.She already theorized that the woman on the female devils shoulder was the babies mother.

Gabriel unwound the cloth a bit since she thought it was a bit too tight.What resulted was the babies hair colour showing."What oddly coloured hair"she said with slight surprise followed by amusement bucause the baby had light pink hair, the same shade as the cloth it was wrapped up in.

"It certainly is unique though"she continued cradling the baby while looking at her squadron fight.What surprised her next was that the high class devil didn't engage in a fight, he just sent his peak middle rank devil knight the same rank as the angel that guarded this village to fight alone.

Even though the devil knight had an conflicted expression on his face he still did what his master told him to do.This infuriated Gabriel's second in command even though they had seen this behavior hundreds if not thousands of times they still felt bitter of how devils treat each other.

A teleportation circle appeared below Naberius and his other aid bearing his family crest enveloping them in its light."Not so fast!." Gabriel's second in command shouted speeding through the air creating a her signature light sword intending to thrust her sword into the High Class devil's heart.

But the attack didn't connect to its intended target but instead hit the middle-class devil knight. This alarmed Gabriel's second in command since she was a high class being she should have easily seen the devil in front of her she flew back to assess the situation.

The devil knight didn't do anything even though there was a sword of light embedded in its heart."So you're using that,hmm very interesting."Naberius chuckled a bit after seeing what his aid was doing. 

A triangular magic circle appeared on the forehead of the devil, before he roared like a wild beast his eyes were blank and blood was flowing out of all the orifices in his body.This was one of the other experiments Naberius was developing as a secret trump card for the devils side.

This was 'BERSERKER MODE', it uses the one with the magic circle on their body to burn all of their life force for a massive power boost,roughly a 5 to 10 times. Though Naberius discovered it by accident he wanted to get rid of the life force burn and another problem , if he managed to do it would tip the scales in the devils favour.

Since he couldn't experiment on natural devils because it would cause inconveniences in devil society. So he had to capture strong individuals such as the werewolf and the woman, turn them into devils and experiment with them. Though werewolf couldn't bare the magic circle so he had to try with another target.

The other problem was the maddening effect of the boost. The one who uses the boost would always attack the one who held the most aggression toward them.

The angel looked at the berserker devil in front of her discerning the magic circle on the devils forehead. While that happening,Naberius and his aid vanished in motes of light."Tsk.Damn devils."she curse the devil with all her being.The devils underhanded tactics were getting on her nerves.

"Celestia should we-" one of the high class angels tried to speak. "No need I'll do this myself." Celestia the right hand of Gabriel the Seraph and second in command of her squadron spoke in a commanding tone."Don't interfere."

Celestia is a beautiful blonde angel with her hair tied in a pony tail. She had a modest chest not big not small just right. She was wearing silver armour with the wings coming from her back. "The spawn of Lucifer has fell beyond measure, I shall put him down at once as the beast he has become." She declared materialized another sword of light and got on her battle stance even though her enemy was currently stronger than her she stood fearlessly.

"Father free this lost one from his suffering and let him be purified by your mercy and grace. Celestia uttered a prayer before being enveloped by a golden light.She burst forth at light speed did a vertical downward at the mad devil. A few inches away from the devils head the sword was stopped in its tracks by a wall of devil aura.

The immense devil aura burst from the devil."AAHHH."with a roar the devil commanded his ever expanding aura to push the silver angel away.The angel was blown away a few hundred meter into the sky.

The devil did a follow up by condensing devil aura into its wings and shooting like a bullet into the air the resulting shockwave cause a crater to appear in its wake.

Devoid of any thought but destruction of its target, shockwaves burst forth everytime the devil flapped its wings gaining more and more momentum coating devil aura into its hands constructing a transparent claw poised to swing and tear apart the angel.

Celestia fluffed her wings strengthened with holy magic to stop herself from flying any further.

She looked at the incoming bullet that is the devil berserker.She flapped her wings which where strengthened by holy magic but with more control resulting in the same speed as the devil but she only beat her wings once.

Two streaks of light one gold the other a deep shade of red collided with each other causing a massive shockwave similar to that of a atomic bomb echoed clearing the rain clouds above opening the stars of the night sky for all to see and cracking the barrier below nearly shattering it.

One of the angels of Gabriel's squadron quickly repaired it before the combatants flying up above collided again.Both Celestia and the mad devil were blown hundreds of meters away into the nearby forest.

Celestia elegantly got up and flew to the sky confirmed her position, checked for any injuries. Seeing as there were none she glanced at her enemy on the ground who was busy healing. The devils already broken-down armour was blown away completely leaving only his tattered clothes.

His body was getting bigger and bigger into a hulking figure due to the influx of devil aura. Blood stained the ground as it flowed from where his right arm should be. His arm was blown of from the collision, but because of his sloppy control over it he couldn't contain it in his body, so his body was instinctively changing or in other words evolving to properly use it.

Bone matter, muscle tissue and skin were coming out of his shoulder constructing a new arm but before it could be completed Celestia appeared before the berserker and unleashed a flurry of sword slashes,strikes and thrust. She wasn't going to let the sinner reach his true potential.

The berserker stopped instinctively stopped its regeneration and used and immense amount of devil aura to defend the seemingly harmless but dangerous attacks from its target. Sparks of light emerged when the sword hit the berserker's body, it was like hitting steel with steel.

The berserker roared furiously while sending countless punches at the angel with its other arm. But none of them connected the angel simply dodged the attacks nimbly like a dancing ballerina while still sending strikes at the hulking figure. 

The devil tried everything it could do punches, kicks, condensed devil aura energy blasts,barreling through the forest but nothing worked. This enraged the berserker even more and it kept trying to kill its target creating a completely new terrain in the forest.

Just as the devil was reaching the peak of its rage its body was having a hard time keeping up.It was like the body of a middle-class devil couldn't contain the power of an intial(A/N: just entered not fully controlled)ultimate class being.And there was a slight lapse in motion,Celestia saw this opening and capitalized on it.

She slashed the berserker hundreds of times and punched him straight into his solar plexus sending him flying away while also creating a gap in thought in the head of the devil. She followed through with her finishing move.

"Shimmer over the frozen mountains. Illuminate the black night with your dazzling light. AORORA BOREALIS!!!" She shouted sending a vertical downward strike at the devil obliterating it in the golden curtain that appeared in the sky.

The other angels were dazzled by the wonderful sight .
