In a dark place you can see a soul drifting in a slow pace

after that the soul just keep shouting for awhile.
the soul then begin to analyst the space around him then the time he was in that space.
after a few hundred and thousand years he managed to comprehend the law of space and time the soul was excited about learning them.
but after a while he became bored and just keep remembering his past life, in his life he was a genius like no other he was given a doktrin at 14 and became a professor in physics and chemistry but he doesn't remember how he was able to get here but from what he remember from all anime, manga, and novel, that's right he was an otaku.
'Usually you can get to the void when you die, did I died? but how did I died?'
???: "Yes you have died"
"Huh who's there?"
???: "I am what you human called God, and I have been watching you for a while and congratulations on comprehending the Law of space and time"
"hmm God right so I died then what am I supposed to do now, oh and thanks I worked hard to understand it"
GOD: "hahaha you are a very amusing person, now you will be reincarnated to a world of your choosing, before I was going to put you in heaven but you comprehended the Law of space and time so I can't put you in heaven"
"so I can choose which worlds I want?"
GOD: "yes now choose, I will be waiting and choose what family you want to be born with and when but choose wisely"
after God had warned him, he immediately started thinking.
After a while he have made his decision.
"god I want to be in highschool dxd born to the gremory house as Rias's twin brother"
when god heard this he smile then switch to a concern look and ask
GOD: "are you sure about your choice, your life will be harder you know"
"what do you mean?"
GOD: "SIGH! because you comprehended the Law of space and time you will not have the power of destruction like Rias and you will be neglected by your family even the maids as well, now I ask again are you sure about your choice?"
he hesitate for a moment thinking in his previous life his family was only sucking up to him so might as well have a family who neglected you from the beginning.
he nodded to GOD and GOD just give a heavy sigh
GOD: "alright then I'll send you there now and I give you a gift that can help you a bit"
"what kind of gift?"
GOD: "find out for yourself your smart right"
then immediately he was suck in to a portal and left the void
GOD: "Sigh! I hope you can entertain me my son"

After God had warned me I still agree, so he just sigh and send me to the world of DXD but before that he told me there is a gift that will help me there, I ask what it is but he said I have find out by myself.
Then I was suck into a portal and I lost consciousness for a while until I was awake because of a noice I heard I guess I was already born.
Looking around I can see that a lot of people were having a joyous moment and I saw Rias my sister they tested her and she has the power of destruction of the bael and huge amount of demonic energy.
When they tested me it was negative I don't have the power of destruction and my demonic energy was small even smaller than Low class devil.
They begin to argue and I being a reincarnator knows what they were saying, they thought
Venelana my mother was cheating with my father Zeoticus but when Ajuka pointed that I have Red crimson hair they abolished that thought and think that I wasn't lucky enough to inherited anything from both my parents.
when I was place in my cradle I knew immediately they will do what God said to me and it will happen, Then I heard Ajuka was leaving but before that he looked at me so I smile and wave my hand Ajuka that saw this was dumbfounded then blink his Eyes and looked at me again before he could said anything I gave a gesture to stay quiet he nodded and smile then left.

when Ajuka left he thought to himself
'that kid Was intelligence he already understand what we are saying, *Sigh!* to bad that he doesn't have strong demonic energy or the power of destruction'
then he stop on his track and look behind with a smile
"Or maybe he have them, he was just concealing it such a great control maybe he was already an ultimate class, I need to keep an eye on him Maybe he can be like me"
with that he continues to leave the mansion while muttering
"Valerian Gremory I wonder what surprises you will show"
that's my name Valerian gremory, when my cradle was place in a room I looked around I came in to conclusion that it's my room.
Because my demonic energy was low I meditated and suck as many demonic energy in the air, after a while I feel refreshed then I heard a voice

[affirmative host the card system it's like it's name the only function are status, mission, and inventory, the system will give host at least one card per-month it could be character card, skill/power card, item card, summon card, and lastly blank card....the card are all self-explanatory and the blank card allow host to copy other ability but it has to be in close proximity of the host]

[the card give host food like the card's name it can be any food host wanted from a prepared food to only the ingredients and as the said unlimited to host imagination]
Valerian eyes open wide he got a jack pot with the card so he doesn't really need the maid to prepare food or eat together with them just like God said they didn't even feed him milk they just left there.
'seriously I am still a baby and you already doing this *sigh!* I guess I have to grow up without parents involved in my life, let's just sleep first being a baby sucks'
and valerian drifted to sleep knowing no one is going to to his room.
