14 Back In Time [3]

When Madara woke up, it was still dark outside and Madara was feeling relaxed all over. When he went outside, he saw that Reiner was doing training of his own.

Madara stopped a few meters beside him and started stretching. Madara jumped a few meters into the air to get his blood flowing. After his jumps, he started to physically train.

Madara got it in a handstand and started doing pushups like that while Reiner was sitting on his feet. After he was finished his arms didn't hurt nor were he out of breath. Since Madara has been doing it for a while now, his body has adapted to the training but he still gets benefits from it.

Madara continued his training and barely broke a sweat. Madara had been training for a few hours and the sun was already up. After hours of training, Reiner came back outside to talk to Madara.

"Follow me, Madara," Reiner said as he walked toward the river.

Madara wiped the sweat from his forehead and followed Reiner. As they were walking, Reiner started the conversation.

"The breathing technique I taught is still incomplete," Reiner said.

"What do you mean?" Madara asked confused because he thought that him using it constantly subconsciously, he mastered it.

"I'll explain once we get there," Reiner said as he disappeared.

"That geezer can still move," Madara said as he kicked off his back foot, making a crater as he dashed in the direction Reiner went.

Once Madara caught up with Reiner, he was standing in front of the lake Reiner told Madara to run to a few months back. Madara was confused about why they were there but didn't question it.

"Strip," Reiner said as he started taking off the shirt he was wearing.

"Hmpf, to think you would try to take the innocence of a young child, filthy," Madara said trying to bend Reiner's words to his will.

"You idiot! Who do you take me for?!" Reiner said as he hit Madara atop of his head.

"I touched a nerve while you were going to touch a child, pathetic!" Madara said sounding like a grown man in a child's body.

*Sigh* "Stop playing around and get into the lake," Reiner said as he took his shirt off and rolled up his pants so they wouldn't get wet.

Madara smile knowing that he won. He took off his shirt and rolled up his pants, along with Reiner he got into the river.

"Why are we standing in this river? I could spend this time training!" Madara said with a confused and angry tone.

"The breathing technique you need to be apart of the air itself. You need to feel the flow of the air and become it," Reiner said as the air around him became violent, then after a few seconds became calm then violent again. Then back to normal.

"What did you do?" Madara asked out of curiosity.

"I once tried to become one with the air, the wind with my father. As you saw, the wind doesn't find me suitable to become one with," Reiner said sounding disappointed.

"Well, how do I become one with the wind?" Madara asked confused.

"You must control the wind, but also make the wind apart of you," Reiner said calming, but he had a feeling that Madara would be the one to prevail.

Madara closed his eyes and took a deep breath. The wind around him, he started to command it, but not as its master but it was like he was commanding himself.

He then felt the air surround every bit of him as he felt a presence that felt similar to his own.

In Reiner's eyes, an abstract green violent aura surrounded, but then it calmed down and what looked like it became apart of him. He could only feel proud because Madara did someone that he couldn't.

When Madara opened his eyes, a blue screen appeared a few meters away from him. The read;

[Total Concentration: Constant]

As soon as he was finished reading it, the screen disappeared never to be seen again. After the message disappeared, Madara felt stronger than he was before. He looked over Reiner who had a pleased look on his face.

In Reiner's eyes, it looked like Madara was breathing at all. His chest nor diaphragm were making noticeable movements.

"I had a feeling that you would be able to master this technique, but at such a young age is astonishing.

"Now, let's see who will be the first one back," Reiner said as he stepped out of the river and put his clothes back on.

When Madara got out of the river, it felt like his steps were more precise and ethical. Also, his body felt like it weighed nothing. He felt as if he was apart of something different, something greater, The wind.

After they finished putting on their clothes, Reiner waited for Madara as they lined up for a race.

"On three, we will go," Reiner said as the muscles in his legs started to bulge, as the ground started to crack around him.

Madara concentrated his mana and started to float into the air. He felt as if it were easy to control his mana. In the air, he felt like he was the air itself.

One, two, three, Go!" Reiner said as he took off, along with Madara who was moving faster than before. He was moving along with the wind like he was the wind.

It only took a few minutes until he was back at the house. When he arrived, Reiner wasn't there so in that little time he was able to obtain greater speed than Reiner.

A few minutes later, he saw Reiner running toward him which seemed like in slow motion.

"You've gotten a little faster," Reiner said as he took a deep breath.

"No, looks like you've gotten slower," Madara said mocking Reiner.

"You think so?" Reiner said thinking about Madaras' response.

"You're turning into an old man, next thing you know you're going to have to ask me to help you to walk," Madara said chuckling to himself.

"I am getting old, aren't I?" Reiner said pretending to limp back to the house.

"Hmpf!" Was the sound Madara made after seeing Reiner limp to the house.

Madara went back to training which felt like it was doing nothing for him. After a few minutes, Reiner came out with two thick bags.

They were three times the size of Madara and Reiner wanted Madara to carry them. Madara walked over to Reiner glaring at him.

"You want me to carry these?" Madara asked Reiner with disbelief.

"Yep! And, make sure to be back before nightfall," Reiner said smiling.

"That geezer!" Madara said as he started to think of a way to carry these bags.

"Ha! He thinks he can trap me! I am Mada-" Madara said before getting interrupted.

"Oi! You best get moving!" Reiner yelled fr inside the house.

"Tch! Interrupting my speech!" Madara said before two water bubbles around the bags. He knew it would be a struggle to carry them so he improvised.
