Niel opened his eyes and what he saw in front of his view was something he had never seen before. There were a lot of trees. A lot of it that it would be stupid for him not to know that he is in a forest.

He looked around him and found no living creatures aside from him. It was like he was the only one in the forest but at the same time, he felt like there is someone watching him, which gives him the creeps.

"Arggh...where am I?" Holding his head from the pain he was feeling, Niel asked himself absentmindedly.

Though he had no idea why he is inside a forest right now, he is sure that he was just inside his room and just slept. So it is really strange for him to suddenly appear in a forest.

"It this lucid dreaming?" Niel asks in wonder.

A lucid dream is a dream during which the dreamer is aware that they are dreaming. During a lucid dream, the dreamer may gain some amount of control over the dream characters, narrative, and environment; however, this is not actually necessary for a dream to be described as lucid.

As there is no other explanation why he was suddenly in a forest, Niel thought that that is the case.

Hearing that familiar voice, that he had already heard multiple times already, Niel was happy but at the same time confused.

"Kaith? Is that you?"

Meanwhile, the skill will be useful to him, even though it can only be used once a month, but as long as he can absorb a strong skill from a strong creature, the wait will be worth it.
