37 The Entrance of the Second Prince
While Everyone was following Olenna orders, three people were looking at the battlefield up from a little cliff while staring at the Wyvern who was getting himself freed from the vines.
"Seems like Lady Olenna won't be able to trap him for too long. After all, He's a peak 7th level magic beast who has fire attacks who can burn all her Nature spells".
The second prince looked at the fake dragon who was breathing fire from his mouth while also trying to spread his wings so that he could fly away from the vines. George who heard that said, "Your Highness, shouldn't we do something? They already lost a hundred people because of the fire and if this continues, the damage might even be bigger and we won't be able to pass".
Williams nodded as he also wanted to pass this level and go to the next one so he thought for a moment and then looked at Saifon and said, "Tell me Saifon. Can your divine ability work against the Wyvern skin?"
Saifon: "...I should be able to open a wound and give you all a chance to kill him but I still need an opening that can make me reach him fast without being attacked. If he gets me, I will be dead meat".
Williams smiled as he already had a plan in his mind but this plan needed Saifon divine ability to properly work so he then turned back at Goerge and said, "George, I want you to go to lady Olenna right now and tell her that Second prince Williams needs an opening so that he can injure him bad enough to not be able to regenerate anymore".
George: "What about your safety my prince?".
Williams: "Hahaha, sometimes I wonder if you forget that I also reached the finals two years ago and fought Saifon and even injured him. It will be a piece of cake. Just do as I say and you will see".
*Swoosh*
George who was hesitating finally decided to leave as he jumped from the cliff and went towards the direction of where Olenna is flying right now.
Williams: "This will be fun you know. Killing a Wyvern will make us famous".
Saifon: "Let's just make sure to take him down properly".

Alex: "It's just been just seven minutes and we already lost over three hundred people. If this continues, we won't have a chance to even injure him as long as he has those fire attacks and that insane regeneration".
Lyssia: "What's more, the beast is even going to free himself from the vines and fly away. The moment he flies, we will lose all our advantages because only a few people here can fly".

Suddenly, both Lyssia and Alex felt someone passing them as he moved very fast and no one could stop him because of how fast he is.
Alex: "It was the guy who was with the second prince. Is he escaping?".
Lyssia: "No, I didn't see him when we were near the Wyvern which means he came from another place. He's heading towards lady Olenna right now".
Olenna also noticed some warrior running towards her looked and noted that it was the same knight who came with the second prince. She then smirked and said, "Looks who's here? the captain guard of the second prince Williams and I wonder where the second prince is because if he's escaped I won't mind punishing him even if he's royalty".
George felt cold sweat running down his neck when he heard her say that but he replied immediately replied, "Please my lady, it's just a misunderstanding because the prince has been devising a plan so that we can pierce the skin of the Wyvern and stop his regeneration".
Olenna raised her eyebrow as she said, "Do you think that a kid who is barely eighteen can have a better plan than me one of the twelve chairmen of the Adratram empire?".
George this time didn't hesitate and said with a firm tone, "I'm betting my life that second prince plan will work and we will be able to finish the Wyvern easily".
Olenna looked into the eyes of the man and saw complete trust and loyalty for the prince. Even against a powerful person like her, he didn't flinch and wagered his life for prince Williams.
Olenna: "Okay then. Since you look so confident, I will follow this so-called plan of yours. What do you need us to do exactly?".
George: "Nothing much my lady. All you need to do is restrain it so he can't move or fly. You need to do your best so that it can lay completely on the ground without it having the power to move any part of its body".
Olenna became a little annoyed and said, "What do you think we've been trying to do this whole time? He's so big that I can't hold him back for too long".
George: "That's why I want you to use your best spell to hold him back for as long as possible. At that moment, his highness and his friend will make sure to give you the chance to strike him without holding back at all".
Olenna: "Well, the strongest warriors around here are Alex and Lyssia so they will also go with you to help the prince. you must understand that I can't trust two kids to do such a task".
George: "No problem. Just give us a signal and we will start".
Olenna smiled mysteriously and said, "Don't worry, I will make sure you see it".

Olenna: "Good. Alex and Lyssia will go with you and will start your plan the moment I restrain his wings".
George nodded as he started running back towards the cliff where Williams and Saifon were at while Olenna started speaking again and said, "All of you hear me out. We will start a new plan soon enough. Alex and Lyssia go with the second prince follower so that you can help him in the new plan. Other warriors continue to fight against him and Mages, fire all your spells, and make sure he feels all the pain you could do".
All of them heard Olenna voice and continued to fight while their losses reached over five hundred people.
*Swoosh* *Swoosh*
Alex and Lyssia retreated and jumped behind George and followed him towards the cliff to start the plan. Olenna who saw all three of them go away looked back at the raging Wyvern who was cutting and destroying and burning everything.
"It's been a while since I used this but it will be enough to deal with you for now".
Olenna got from the pouch attached to her waist a long staff with a green mana staff that had the mana of the natural element within. She then raised her staff and it started shining like never before as Olenna started using her magic with its help.
"Take this. Nature spell, Forest protectors".
All the green light started coming from the staff as it formed into a huge magic circle above Olenna head. The ground around the red wyvern started shaking and this time many Vines started coming out again but they didn't attack the Wyvern directly.
They started merging and forming the shape of a very powerful warrior. The vines started turning into hands and legs and then formed the torso and finally, the head formed as green light shined from his vine eyes.
Everyone was shocked at the spell Olenna used since it was an advanced spell in the transcendent rank spells. Even Mages who reached the Great Archmage level won't have many of those.
*Rooooaarr*
The two Forest protectors who formed on each side of the Wyvern started walking slowly towards it as it also sensed the danger coming from these two green warriors.
The red Wyvern immediately breathe fire and formed a firewall in front of him because he knew that fire was their weakness but it was useless. The wall of fire created by the beast didn't pose any threat as they walked through it normally and even though they had some of their body parts burned, another bunch of vines came out of the ground again and replaced the burned parts easily.
Olenna: "Hmph, stupid beast. This spell is different. As long as I have my staff and mana in me, I can regenerate all the protectors' body parts burned by the fire you throw. Now, all we need is to pass that crazy regeneration of yours and it will be the end. Heeey, warriors retreat now and mages too, start recuperating your mana because you will see a good show soon".
The two protectors reached the beast and held him from the wings as they easily pinned him down and it could only roar and try to free himself again. Olenna who saw the troublesome Wyvern immobilized looked towards the cliff and yelled, "It's your turn now second prince. Give it your best shot".

The second prince who heard Olenna words smiled as he looked at the warriors around him and said, "Quite the signal, isn't that right everyone? Let's start then. As we discussed before, we will all follow Saifon".
Alex: "Your plan is daring but I like it so I will do it".
Lyssia: "hihihi, Imagine how people will talk about us if we do it as he said. I'm sure we will become hero figures".
Alex: "Calm down now. We don't have time for that".
Saifon: "Jump".
*Swoosh*
Suddenly Saifon who was silent said one word and then jumped up towards the sky with all his power. Everyone then looked at him as he caused a crack in the cliff.
Alex: "Oh shit, the cliff's gonna fall. Go now".
Lyssia: "That kid needs to socialize a bit or he's gonna become like Mister Abrat in no time".
*Swoosh*

Williams: "Haha, what a weird group. don't you think the same George?".
George: "It's as you said your highness. Birds of the same feathers flock together".
*Swoosh*.
George also jumped while the second prince who was the last to move started walking slowly and even after passing the edge of the cliff, he stood there in the air while looking at the four who were with him jumping towards the back of the Wyvern.
Williams: "I knew these boots would come handy someday. Using them, I can easily stay in the air for some time. Now, Saifon my friend, it's your turn to show them your new skills so that I can have my debut and finish everything".
*Thud* *Thud* *Thud* *Thud*
After few seconds of the cliff being destroyed Saifon, Alex, Lyssia, and George all landed on the back of the Wyvern and stood there while looking all at the two forest protectors completely handling the beast and restraining him making him unable to fly.
Alex: "Well Mister Saifon Grey, I hope that you can start whatever you're gonna do so that we can end this stupid first level test because we already lost over five hundred people".
Saifon looked at Alex and then gripped his sword and took it from his back as raised it in the sky. It was a big broad sword that had almost the same height as Saifon.
The sword was attached the whole time to Saifon back and so he didn't have the time to use it since it was a heavy sword and also needed a lot of physical strength to just use.
Saifon: "you ought to retreat a little bit since I will use both my weapon art and divine ability at the same time".
Both Alex and Lyssia raised their eyebrows as they thought that Alex was ridiculing them or something while George who seemed to remember something immediately retreated sideways.
George: "Excuse me but you should do as he says. His divine ability is pretty scary if you get near it".
Alex and Lyssia frowned but then jumped as they went sideways to leave a little bit of space between them and then looked at Saifon as he started waving his sword.
Saifon started channeling the mana according to his meditation technique as a red aura started covering his body and making his body stronger as he easily swung his sword very fast.
Saifon: "4th form, blazing sword".
The moment he activated his weapon art, Saifon's black sword started being engulfed by fire as the edges became crimson red while the fire started making the whole place around him feel like a sea of fire because of the high temperature.
"Fiery Hell".
It was at the moment Saifon said that a sudden change happened around him as all the fire around his sword and the red crimson fire turned into black-purple flames.
Saifon didn't take too long as he stabbed the sword engulfed with the black-purple flames into the skin of the Wyvern as it easily entered and even started burning some of the scales.
*Roooooaaarr*
The Wyvern who felt the pain coming from his back tried to free himself but couldn't do a thing because of the Forest protectors. The only thing he could do was roar and scream.
At that moment, Saifon immediately started running from the back of the Wyvern towards its tail while his sword passed through the whole skin creating a huge gash on his back. Everyone who saw that felt shocked as they never expected that Saifon will be able to inflect such a big injury on the red Wyvern.
It was like seeing a huge cut in the back of the wyvern that split the Wyvern's back in two. Olenna was surprised because of what she saw. The purple flames are still burning the whole outer skin of the Wyvern while she started losing her grip around the Wyvern as the pain made it go completely insane.
Oelnna: "What a horrifying divine ability. Seems like the second prince wasn't just boasting and had a real plan but it won't be enough to kill the Wyvern. What is he going to do next?".
Olenna didn't wait for the answer for long as Williams was standing in the air thanks to the magical boots and yelled at Saifon and the others, "Everyone, Do your best attack while I prepare for my magic because I need some time to release it".
Everyone who heard that nodded as the warriors who saw Alex and the others started jumping towards the top back of the Wyvern to injure him even more while Mages started waving different spells towards its face.
Alex: "3rd form, quadruple Wind Claws".
As Alex lifts both his swords upwards and does a vertical slash, four wind blades appear that directly go towards the right-wing of the Wyvern. The Wyvern who got his left-wing completely cut felt immense pain and started screaming.
Lyssia: "You can die now you stupid lizard. Sixteen strikes of mist".
Lyssia who jumped above the right-wing of the Wyvern immediately swung her two daggers eight times in a downward slash, resulting in sixteen powerful slashes all crashing down on the wyvern right wing.
This resulted in the right-wing having sixteen big holes on it as with this attack, it became impossible for the Wyvern to fly or even move his wings.
"Fist art, Blazing barbaric fists".
"Fire spell, Fire arrow".
"Water spell, Triple Ocean Spears"
Other warriors and Mages also used their weapon arts or spells to finish the beast and make him unable to do anything. It was after a few minutes of firing different spells that everyone heard Williams's voice.
"Everybody retreat. I'm about to use my spell".
At that moment, Saifon and every other warrior that was on the back of the Wyvern jumped and retreated. Olenna who also heard Williams's warning retreated too while stopping her magic spell. The moment she stopped her magic, the forest protectors stopped pinning the Wyvern as they started turning back into Vines and disintegrating.
*Roooooaarrrr*
The Wyvern who found himself free from the protectors tried to stand up so that he can do something but the injuries accumulated from all the previous attacks made him unable to move at all as he immediately fell again after standing.
Williams who appeared above the Wyvern injured back smiled while looking at the struggling beast. He then extended both hands and then said, "Unfortunately, you need to die so that we can pass this level of the trial. Magma magic, Magma Pillars!".
Under Williams's feet, a huge Red magic circle appeared and suddenly ten columns of magma appeared from the circle and went downwards directly towards the Wyvern.
At this point, the Wyvern couldn't do anything but scream for seconds and then dying immediately because of the severe injuries. Everyone became dazed for a moment as they looked at the Wyvern who finally stopped moving and didn't breathe anymore.
"Yeaeeaaaaahhhhh".
Everyone yelled and became happy as they relaxed after finally killing the beast and surviving the first level.
Second Trial, First level door 42.....cleared.
