'Ah it good to be alive' Slowly watching it surrounding the area was desolated the house around was in a even worse state compared to his house, the street was muddy and rat and bug were happily investing the place some children were laying here and there slowly dying of hunger and disease.

Trying to steel his resolve he remembered to keep his gold marks safe and even hung the small pouch around his neck

Finally taking his first steps jule started to direct himself toward the central places evading trouble and thinking about his future action.
While walking jule was thinking 'So i maybe can take the Alchemy path i have enough money to probably buy a standard formula and some set of ingredient and i can just dump my skills tickets in Alchemy, yeah it seem like the best idea and with my sharingan i won't make a mistake that certain !'
Passing through the slums no one really cared about him, a few minute later jule finally arrived to what it seems like the main place lf the city where big shops and various stalls where present numerous people where walking in the different shop buying and selling, rich people where traversing the place with their personal guatds here and there and only a little amount of dirty ragged people probably coming from the slums where sitting in the small alley between the various shop begging for money or food.
At his arrival some guards eyed him with suspicion but let him through.
Jule started then to identify the various shops in the main place " So this one is the Alchemy one, hum this one seem to sell clothing for noble, and those one seems to sell armor and weapons.. there is a little bit of everything"
Deciding to start with the cloth jule bought from the cloth shop some low key tunic of good quality, he choose a dark blue tunic with sliver lining and leather shoes, the cloth were a little expensive costing fifty silver mark but wasn't the most expensive of the clothes he clearly saw some dresses and shirt costing more than a dozen golds marks a truly horrendous price.
'Now that i'm a little bit more respectable i should just search for a library or something to buy a cultivation technique.. Hum it may be a little expensive the world seem to be in the medieval age so books should be a little bit pricey even more if it a cultivation technique' Rubbing his inexistant beard
Searching a little more left and right jule finally found what it seem to be a library a little bit further from the main place.
an old man was standing near some bookshelves and hearing the sound of jule opening the door made him instinctively turn his head and greet him " Oh welcome young master to my humble abode what may you be searching for ?"
nodding his head to the old man jule responded "Shop keeper i'm searching for a cultivation technique"
Nodding the old man pointed to a distant shelves and said "You can find theme there there's only the introduction part of the technique when you make your mind be sure to tell me which one you want"
Going directly to the shelf jule start to look at the dozen of different book which barely have a little bit over a dozen pages resuming only the fort and weakness of each technique.
