19 1st Gym Battle

When we arrive at the Pewter city Pokemom center, We then do our own job. Joy call her superior and the old man are calling someone, whilst me going to do with what i must do. Do a gym battle.

After looked through the map on my phone i then go toward the Gym at Pewter city. From outside the gym looked really plain. When coming inside there's no one that waiting. But at the time i moved toward the back area of the gym, what i saw is a few little kids playing with a dangerous looking pokemon. Onix. No matter from what angle you see. That one really looked really dangerous.

Sensing someone go near them the Onix looking at me with a dangerous look. Seing the onix eyes went toward somewhere the kids then looked toward me. I then ask.

Silver: Kids. Where's the gym leader?

kid a: My brother? He still buying the groceries.

Silver: So i must wait huh?

kid a: Big brother is?

Silver: I want to chalengel your big brother to do a gym batle.

Kid a: Please back at noon

Silver: Ok then

After saying good bye to tye kids, i then go back to the pokemon center to take some food and maybe rest for little.

When the afternoon came, i'm walking back to the gym seeing someone waithibg in front of the gym made me bit speechless

Brock: I'm Brock, this city gym leader. Are you the one that will challenge me?

Silver: Yes.

Brock: Follow me..

After we came inside, he then escort me toward a place like a scanner.

Brock: Please scan your pokedex here.

I then scan my pokedex on the scanner, he then says.

Brock: It looked like this is your firts gym battle, Actually you just need the scan your dex at this place, we the gym leader will be noticed whereever we are.

I only nod with this new thing. It really different with the one i remember.

Brock: Whoa. You had a gratitude badge from Viridian city. So it was you that help the league on that case huh?

Silver: Gratitude badge?

'The heck, when that old man giving me the badge?'

Brock: Seeing your confusion it looked like you haven't heard anything about the badge from Viridian gym leader?

I only can nod on that. He then add.

Brock: There are 3 type of badge, Battle, Gratitude and Honor. As the name says. Battle badge is the badge that you got if you win a gym battle. Gratitude badge is when you do help a city, town, village or area from the trouble they had. Like a pokemon outbreak or something that endangered the life of human or pokemon in that area. Lastly Honor badge, You only get that if you became a winner of a league battle.

Hearing all of it make my head a little hurt. He do some unnecessary thing.

Brock: So because you had 1 badge i'll level up your battle. The Rule is as usual. 3 on 3 battle. Only challenger can exchange his/her pokemon at the battle. Are you clear?

I then nod and go toward the arena. But at the time i want to take my pokedex he said.

Brock: It's an official battle so juat leave you dex at that place. It will record the pokemon that you are using in this battle. So the league will preparing it speciality food for that pokemon at the time league start.

After leaving the dex i then follow him to the arena.

Brock: Are you ready?

After i nod, we then call out our pokemon. What i'm calling is Nidorino, And he is calling Graveler.
