1 Chapter one
Xinorinne City.
In a small apartment complex, a boy with thick dark black hair and a caramel like skin tone woke up startled from his surroundings and looked around wildly, trying to assess his setting.
'The hell? Where am I ?' 'Who am I ?' The boy moved his hand up to his face.
As the boy looks around the small room he found that he is no longer inside his college dorm. Instead, he's laying on a soft bed in the corner of a dimly lighted room. On his right, there is a nightstand with a picture frame of unrecognizable faces and on the walls, there were posters of what looks to be anime characters. But he can't seem to recognize where they were from. On the other side of the room, there was a tv and a pc counsel ?
As he was looking arhe was trying to remember what had happened.
he was trying to remember what had happened before he ended up in this mysterious place. The last thing he remembers was that he was studying for an exam then the next thing he knew he was here. As he was lost in his thoughts.
He felt a sudden pain in his head as if his brain had been hit repeatably with a hammer.
When the pain went away a large number of memories kept flooding into his mind. They all seemed to be linked to the same person. The guy from the picture!
So, he had been transmigrated.
Luckily for him, he and this boy had coincidently had the same name. As Devin was sorting through his memories he found he was currently living in an apartment in Xinorinne City. A wide area with loads of businesses.
Ex-Devin's parents would work overseas and left him to live with his grandparents that live off the grid so they homeschooled him till high school that is also when he started to live by himself. As he was looking over his Memories he found that the world is just like his own modern world but there is some notable difference, for example, people, hair and eye color comes in many different colors from red to purple, and history by its self is different.
"So I have to attend high school all over again starting next week? Ugh… and here I thought I would no longer have to deal with people" Devin rubbed in between his eyebrows in irritation.
' I had no social issues I had many friends ... Many... Ok, I only had one but the only reason I don't have more is just that I didn't like being around that many people at once.'
'Wait that's not the most depressing thing sadly after I finished scanning my memories I found out all the anime on my old earth is not here so I can't finish them.'
As he was complaining about life a phone on a desk near his bed started to ring as he picked up the phone to find out who had called him.
'It's Ex-Devin's Grandpa.' He raised an eyebrow in curiosity.
"Devin I called to tell you that school starts today and not next week I thought they said next Monday and not this Monday haha sorry kid, oh, and it starts soon wish you the best of luck make sure you don't miss the bus. I and your grandma love you kiddo."
It was the first day of school!? Devin quickly hopped out of bed accidentally tripping over his rug.
"Ow," he got up brushing it off, and ran to a small dresser.
Scrambling to get ready, Devin threw on what he hoped was his high school uniform. He ran to his small kitchen and made himself some breakfast. Shoveling cereal into his mouth when he finished eating he threw on his book bag then ran straight for the bus stop frantically he ran back to lock the door.
He sat on a wooden bench waiting for the city bus to arrive. He quickly got on it and was on his way.

Getting off the bus Devin started his walk to school with haste in his steps, it didn't take long for him to reach his destination 'I have to thank Ex-Devin for memorizing his way to his school, or I may have already been lost. He smirked at himself.
'Clear Lake high school I guess this is where am going to spend the rest of my three years at it's going to absolutely amazing and I can't wait!! He cringed at himself... Ugh, I want a beer..'
Walking into the school Devin walked over to his classroom with a slight negative aura 'could I just drop out of school? No…. I can't Ex-Devin's grandparents wouldn't be too happy if I did. You've got this Devin one step at a time. Just be normal'
Psyching himself up Devin seemed more comfortable and pumped up at the same time but little did he know his two different personalities had finally settled into place and someone new had risen to the surface.
As he was going into his new classroom with a new pep in his step.
"Crash!" Devin felt himself Fall onto the cold cement of the front of the school.
He heard the snickers of a few kids behind him. "What you trip on moron AIR!"
One of the students said confidently.
'There goes my good mood. Doesn't matter there probably virgins anyways.'
Pretending he doesn't hear anything Devin quietly and quickly went into the classroom and sat at a desk in the far corner of the class. "Ding!" A crisp sound echoed in Devin's head alarmed he twisted around surveying the classroom.

'There goes my last chance for a normal school life'
