5 Imogen and her history with boys

It's been days already since that incident in the salon. I still can't get used to the feeling of having little shampoo to use when taking a bath. Sometimes it even feels weird when brushing it. The comb goes straight down, and you would try to make sure that you still have your hair.

You know, I would even feel that maybe my head would be swept by the wind because it felt so damn light.

In the end, it doesn't sound so bad after all. In contrast to what I imagined as a hair murder, I don't look bad. Well, I wouldn't say I look beautiful, but at least you can still distinguish me as a homo sapien.

I eyed at the reflection in the mirror while I am brushing my teeth. I woke up late again because I was up all night binge-watching some anime episodes. These are rare moments you just want to grab. It's not all the time you have the chance to relax for one week without thinking of school papers and deadlines. The next semester will not be as friendly as you want it to be.

I tried to take a good look at myself. Hmm. You can still see my eyes which, looks the same. But, the longer I stare at it, the more unfamiliar my face becomes. I don't know if you have ever tried to stare at your selfie and your face starts distorting? That's what I was seeing now. After a good 30 minutes of marveling how weird I look, I shook my head to get rid of the image and went straight to bed.

I know. I know. You all might be wondering, "You just got out from bed, now you're going back? Why not go out or maybe go on a date?"

Hold that thought! Let's not go and talk about it.

Boys are... Well, boys are boys. Don't get me wrong I have a fair share of boys in my life. It's just that, it's either I don't like them after being with them for a while, or I can't decide whether I should give them a chance or not.

But if you insist, let's see.

1. I used to have a massive crush on this guy. He was a senior when I was a freshman in high school. You know, that one crush that we have during high school where you fall for the school-bad boy. Yeah, I'm talking about that. I would call myself weird back then. I remember he lived near my house, and I would just pretend to walk their every after class, so if ever he passes by, he would notice me. Talk about some psychopathic tendencies. Yikes! In the end, he took notice of me, but I was so unsure and was scared about my parents finding out, so I blew it out.

2. I also dated this dude, when I was a senior in high school. A total jerk! Can you imagine he would just talk to me if it's convenient? He would leave me for days or sometimes a week and then contact me if he misses me. It sucked, but I was too afraid to break up with him. Or, I would say, I was too scared to tell him I wanted it off already.

3. I also went for an LDR or a Long Distance Relationship. It didn't really work well for me because I was kind of needy. That boy was kind of cute though.

4. I also got experience when I dated this guy from my History class in college. Forty-five minutes in, and he dropped the L-word. So I said, nope! I'm not ready for this and chickened out. He was cute and all but, I don't trust people who can easily say I love you and then not mean it.

5. Speaking of backing off from a relationship, I even dated I guy I met on a bus. Yes! I was riding a bus on my way to the university when a guy sat beside me. He smelled so good, like the fresh from the shower kind of good. But as good as his scent is, he was controlling. We dated for just three days before he went on full psycho mode on whoever I was talking to or where I was going. So I ended the relationship over the text and blocked him on everything.

I have been into five different relationships, and none of them were even decent. That's why if you would come at me for relationship advice, you'd be talking to the wrong person, honey. I also suck at relationships.

But anyway, enough on the history class of the boys I dated. Currently, I'm not interested in anyway. That's what I was saying, but that doesn't mean I would not be crushing on any guy on campus. I still do, I just don't go after them. I just like to follow them. Or maybe find their address and personal information? I'm just kidding! As if I'm going to do it. Hehe.

Okay fine! I did it, but only once. I swear. I didn't mean to look for his information, but I was working as a first-year helper. I was monitoring the enrolment when the guy I was crushing hard came in to ask if he was already in the following courses. For me to check it, he has to give me his ID. Oh, the number of things you can do with just knowing someone's ID.

So I took his ID number to find his school information and told him he was already enrolled, and he went on with his life. And as for me, I was able to know his phone number. Also, his address, where he went in high school, his siblings, his parents, and his class schedule.

Heck, I could even blackmail the guy. I saved his number for remembrance. I never sent a message to it. It's just there for decoration.

I sound like a creep. Joking aside, I never go well with boys.
