1 Prologue

In a kingdom packed with wealth and prosperity, a prophecy was delivered by the grand Pope the messenger of God. Dictating the fate of the people. "A queen, the next heir to the throne after the current Emperor Mackle, will rid this world of war against the demons. Her powers will be the strongest and her kindness unparalleled will be born." Many had thought if a girl was born then she would be the one to rid this world of demons completely, she would be their Savior.

Hence they called the unborn child her Majesty the Saintess of light. They waited for the girl's arrival and celebrated when the Queen of Rosetta gave birth to a princess. The child was the prettiest of all, with golden hair, and blue sky eyes, a symbol of the royal family's heritage. She was born with the power of light and healing, she had holy powers.

Then they got confused when they found out a cut concubine had given birth to a baby girl the same day. They rejoiced after the confusion had passed. They learned that the child had a unique ability like her sister, the ability to use magic at a young age. With golden hair and blue eyes, she looked just like her older sister.

Turmoil raised once again in the empire when they realized that the empress had also given birth to also a girl the same day. At her birth, none felt any bit of joy, the Empress Layla was the most hated person on earth by civilians and the royal family. With the birth of her child, her life came to an end, and that child was known as Regina, the bringer of chaos.

Her appearance did not match that of the royal family, instead, she had emerald eyes and hair as black as the night and ghostly pale skin. They feared her, and they thought she was the devil incarnate, she had been sent to destroy the empire.

That was what should have happened at least. Instead, she was sent back in time. Forced by her mother to relive her tragic life as a neglected princess, forced to save those who sent her straight to her demise without much thought.

She planned her life, she thought that if she could change the events that led to the end, she could survive and live a happy life away from all the royal bullshit. Freedom, was all she wanted and she was ready to do anything to gain it. Nonetheless, she did not expect to meet such strange humans that made her heart sway the way it did.

On her 16th birthday, she ran away and joined the guild, fairy tail, to save her precious humans and the world. Though they might not remember her.

"What is wrong with my heart?" She pressed a hand over her chest while she looked at them. "It seems like it will explode. Just what have you done to me?"
