6 Trees and Gardeners

A tiny tree appears between me and Alta after we wake up from sleep. So, the sphere thing is a seed. It's the size of a bonsai tree, but the leaves are so tiny that I can't even see the individual leaves. Also, the leaves are myriads of color. Thus, somehow it looks like a rainbow-color broccoli....Why did I have to plant this?

"Alto, it's so cute and beautiful!" Alta is just all smile while crouching next to the little tree. Well, at least Alta likes it.

"Can Alta plant more of this? It would look beautiful if we plant it everywhere," that's true but, why did myself told me to plant these decorative trees?

"If we want to plant more of the trees, we need seeds from it,"

"Does Alto mean like that big round thing?"

"Yes. Do you see any of it anywhere on the tree?"

"No. Alta can't find anything like the seed but, Alta found really tiny round things that look like the it," Alta turn around from the tree and shows me something on the end of her index finger. It looks like the seed I get previously, however, they're really tiny and have myriads of color on each one of them tiny seeds. Also, they're almost quarter the size of a sesame seed.

"Can we plant these for more trees?"

"I think we can," I'm not sure, but it doesn't hurt to try.

"Oh no! Another seed is gone!" We try to plant those seeds, but every time we try to handle them, no matter how careful we are, somehow it gets crush quite easily on our hands. This is almost impossible. So, I guess we're do another wish?

"We can't plant seeds because we're huge. So, how about we just wish for the seeds to be planted?" I wanted to wish for that at first but, I remember what myself said about wasting our wishing powers. So, what he mean is that we have limited number of wishes. Thus, I don't think it's the wisest idea to waste our wishes like that.

"That's a good idea, Alta, but we can't waste our wishes like that,"we should wish something that can even be useful to us after we deplete our wishes.

"Let's wish for helpers, Alta. Helpers that can help with plant the seeds and a lot of other things," I'm thinking of wishing for some kind of small beings that can is small enough that it can hold the small seeds without accidentally crushing them. Thus, we close our eyes and hold each others hand.

The ground around us starts to shake a little and I could hear a pulsing sound right beneath us. Then, something touche my leg . I proceed to open our eyes and look down to my feet. A dozen tiny humanoid creatures are hugging mine and Alta's leg. It looks like they're made out of shiny black crystals. Also, they're only one and half foot tall and look up at us with their featureless face......Yeah, this things are creeping me out! I slowly back away from them but, they keep trying to chase my leg.

"These little ones are adorable as well!" Alta pick one of them up and lifts it up like a baby in her arms. I really don't know how she find these things cute.

"Alto, we should name these little ones," name them? Once again, I have to give out a name. I guess the most logical name for them is base on what work they'll be doing.

"Hmm, I guess let's name these guys Gardeners," these little guys just put their hands up as if celebrating and proceed to hug my feet again......Yeah, still not comfortable around these guys.

The two dozen Gardeners are all spread out on the island hill and planting the new seeds. They're really doing a great job. More than that, they even made barriers around the planted seed by hardening the surrounding dirt into tiny rocks using only their hands.

BOOOOOOOM!

Suddenly, on a faraway place from our island, an explosion happens with steam coming out of the black sea, another volcano slowly rises up.

BOOOOOOOM! Another explosion happen faraway in another direction, and another volcano rises up. This is happening everywhere around us. Also, the first volcano we created nearby suddenly continuing to get higher with smoke coming out from the top.

"What's happening?" Alta quickly comes over to my side while looking all around her at the volcanic explosions. It seems a simple wish for just a hill back then is causing all this. I guess the wishing system is kinda faulty?

"U-Umm, Alto. I don't feel so good," suddenly Alta loses her footing as I catch her in my arms. It seems she has fallen unconscious. Why is this happening to her? She didn't wish for anything earlier for this to happen. Also, all the Gardeners as well runs over to me and start hugging my leg while shivering.

Suddenly, I realize something. This hill that we wish, will it it become a volcano like the first hill!? Oh no, let's wish for something quickly! I carry Alta in my arms and lead the Gardeners to the rainbow color bonsai-broccoli tree.

When we arrive there, I close my eyes and try to think of something to save this island hill. After a few moments, and idea finally pops up. Let's make this whole land float! I could feel a lot of fatigue is washing over me. Also, guessing from how painful the headaches are, this could probably my last wish. I'm giving my full concentration to this wish. Slowly, I feel the ground below me starting to lift up. The wish is granted!

I open my eyes and see that a really huge chunk of land is being lift up. I mean it's much bigger than the initial island hill. Probably more than twenty times the size. Wow, didn't expect that mu-
