69 69 Black Tiger Again

Since Lucis was banned for food that night, he spend the night in his underwater cave instead avoiding the furious glare in his mansion.

Lucis go visit Diner, another one if his loyal gang.

"why you guys didn't lay egg yet?" Lucis asked as he spreading the brown grass at the edge of the mud room.

Diner clamping it's claw a couple time before it nibbing it's food ignoring Lucis. After Lucis spending some times with Diner and his followers, the crab gang became friendly at him and would ran and fawning at him whenever he come to feed them.

Sadly, breeding crab is harder than he thought. It's been a couple weeks and there's no hint of the crab laying egg.

After complaining a few words at Diner, Lucis then check his garden room.

He made a round and dispose the overgrown plants and replant a new one then harvest some that he can use and keep it in his storage dimensions.

After making a full round, he made his way to the 38 floor which he use to make the boat previously.

The 38th floor has been modified into a workshop and forging station. Lucis has made some new invention here including new weapons for his routine contest with Muzin.

"what if.." Lucis put his index finger in his lips as he circling Astura mark 1. There's some damage on the circuit after flying at a high speed. While he at it, he also thinking about improving the boat.

"What if I make it like a fighter jet and install a couple more cannon on it.." Lucis thinking hard and weighting the pro and con in it.

"The real problem is the control.." Lucis frowned then he turn around looking at the blueprint on the stone table he drew a couple of days ago. It's a drawing of massive space battleship he design using the game he play back on earth as reference.

Then Lucis look at the corner of his workshop. He made a few prototype thruster that as tall as himself with simple cylinder shape.

At another corner of the room was a huge incomplete ball of crystal looking thing. If one look closely, it's a thousand of magic stone combined together forming a massive ball and at the outer layer, there's a black iron line all over the ball like a massive circuit. It's the power source of his future battleship. He got this idea from the magic cube of his array of the green star.

While sword or boat is something that Lucis can control with his own energy, a massive ship would require massive energy that impossible to power by human with a mare couple thousand energy. Not even count about moving it, someone with complete core would shattered their meridian if they tried it.

"material... I lack material.." Lucis stare at the pile of black iron ingot near his feet. He start hating looking at this thing after a couple of trial and error. The black iron is just not suitable for his project.

Suddenly, the voice talisman in Lucis storage vibrating. This is something Lucis have long been curious about, his storage supposed to be freezing time dimensions, how is this ball voicemail thing still receiving a message?

Lucis wave his hand and put the ball voicemail in his forehead.

"Lucis! Beast tide is coming!" Shuzan voice sounds anxious and worried. there's a lot of chaotic noice behind him.

Lucis pull back the ball and frown. He's been massacring beast this whole time but it seems he still missed some of it. He even purposely travel couple kilometer from the surrounding 7 mountain just to eliminate all the dangerous beast these couple weeks.

'what can make him so nervous? Even without foundation, I've been slaughtering beast easily.'

Lucis then send his devine sense outside towards his mansion but before his sense even reach his mansion, his expression suddenly turn grave.

Lucis didn't hesitate. He swing his hand and his Solidus sword appear then he teleport right above his mansion.

In front of his mansion, there's a lot of villagers gathering and some of them look injured as they're swaying a torch in their hand with grave expression.

The village was half destroyed and a beast that look like a black tiger like the one Lucis kill previously rampaging in the village. These beast is twice the size and exude more terrifying aura than a normal beast. Clearly this is demon beast and not just a wild beasts.

Lucis expanded his devine sense covering the whole 7 mountain and saw a huge number of these beast and some even bigger than elephant.

At the center of the village, Muzin was fighting some of these beast and look like he's injured. A couple of scratch mark here and there and there's even some bite mark on his body.

Shuzan and Nanji was standing at the very edge of the villagers, fighting any attacking monster that coming towards the mansion direction while Suyi was standing behind them with a sword in her hand and shivering in fear.

Shuzan quickly raise his head and look at Lucis when he sense his devine sense.

"Lucis, over here!" Shuzan shout as he swing the sword in his hand and start floating in the air.

Lucis landed beside Suyi and look at the terrified villagers behind him.

"Open the gate and let all of them inside." Lucis instruct Suyi with serious expression. Out of hundred plus villagers, only half of them gathered here and the remaining is all dead and eaten by the black tigers.

"Guard the mansion." Lucis said towards Shuzan before he suddenly disappeared.

Lucis appear at the center of the village near Muzin and quickly grab him before swiftly teleport back at the front of his mansion.

"whoaaaaa!" Muzin shouting loudly as he swing his spear randomly surprised that his surrounding suddenly changed.

"wha.. what!?" Muzin look around confused and look at his surrounding. Everyone staying 10 meter away from him scared by his crazy spear swing.

"guard here!" Lucis said sternly then disappeared again then appear at the center of the village floating above 15 meter.

He scan the surrounding again looking for a leader figure. It's impossible for army like these without leader. There must be someone taking control of the situation.

After Lucis scan the surrounding village, he still can't find the leader among the chaos but at this moment, all the black tiger within the village stop rampaging and glare at him.

"Voosh!"

One of the tiger below Lucis suddenly jump and pouncing at him. Even with that height, the tiger still can reach him in the blink of an eye.

Lucis quickly snap from his focus on scanning his surrounding and swing his Solidus sword downward in a hurry as he sense the incoming killing aura.

"Clang!!"

A spark flying at the clash between Lucis giant sword and the tiger claw. Surprisingly, the tiger claw was hard like an iron.

Lucis shivering a bit feeling ridiculous. How can a mere beast this powerful? No wonder Muzin having a hard time.

The black tiger land on the ground and roar at him while the surrounding tiger just staring at Lucis with disdain like he's some puny incest.

On the ground, there's 5 dead tiger laying around beside the black tiger that just pouncing at Lucis.

Lucis surprised eyes slowly turn cold and his body glowing faintly with green light.

'is this the leader?" Lucis thought, then he glance at the black tiger outside the village standing still like they're waiting for order.

The tiger that just attacking him earlier is only slightly bigger than the tiger he kill at the farm couple months ago but surprisingly it's couple time more powerful than the previous one.

Lucis look at the black tiger that even bigger with 5 times the size of the tiger below him feeling more ridiculous. Where's the science of these thing? How did they survive with that size? Even their feet is sinking in the ground describing how heavy these tiger are but still retain their original shape.
