18 The Library

Tian Feng first went to Li'er's room and knocked.

A short while later, the door was opened and Li'er walks out with a cute sleepy face. Apparently, she also didn't sleep much.

Tian Feng was staring at her in a daze for a brief moment. After which, he agitatedly said. "Li'er! I want to test my new skill. Would you accompany me?"

His manner of speaking was not of that a kid but an adult. Luckily Li'er is a smart little girl so it didn't seem too strange to her. Instead, it was fascinating to her. These few days, Tian Feng has been on her mind a lot even though they had just met each other.

After which, the trio went to the library. They had already forgotten about the incident from the morning.

It's just that I was too greedy. I read 3 books consecutively thus resulted in this exhaustion. Two books were already the limit for us Basic Cultivator.

When Tian Feng heard this, he shot a glance toward Da Jing only to see him standing at a corner in a daze too.

Tian Feng was still collecting books but his face was getting paler by the minutes. He has to stop after finished collecting the fifth shelve. There's still four more on the first floor but he decided to come back again tomorrow.

From tomorrow onwards, I won't let you read everything like this. I'll pick out good books for you. How about that?" Yuki reminded Tian Feng.

Sat down in front of Li'er, he didn't say anything. He just sits there waiting patiently.
