In order to arrest the Immortals who descended to the Human Realm illegally, the Immortal Emperor bestowed three Immortal Artifacts to the Imperial guards—Kun Dragon Whisker, Sky Net, and Twelve Golden Swords. The Kun Dragon Whisker was used as a warning. It could be deployed from the Immortal Realm straight to the Human Realm and penetrate the immortal veins of the Immortal who had descended to the Human Realm illegally, locking 80% of their immortal power. If the Immortal who received this warning returned to the Immortal Realm immediately, they had the possibility of receiving a lighter punishment. However, a lighter punishment was, at best, being thrown into the wheel of reincarnation and being left to fend for himself.
