The Takikage introduced me to every person in this room. 2 were the village heads advisors, the black haired guy and the grey, their names are Kenji and Tento these 2 were the advisors, they looked pretty old but I guess you'd have to be wise in order to acquire that position.

Next were the 2 unique hair colored men; the blue guy was Riki and the red guy was Shimo. Riki was the head of the ninjutsu corp, basically the man is in charge of training the recruits that are talented in this particular field, usually he doesn't personally train them but someone he has strained before usually trains them. Shimo was the same but in the Taijutsu corp.

And lastly the other 2 were the heads of the kenjutsu corp and genjutsu corp. The women's name is Rika and the last man the guy with the scar over his eyebrow is called Baki he's the head for the kenjutsu corps.

'I've read all about this before in the library. It took me by surprise the first time I read it. So essentially there are 5 major corps, these are; kenjutsu, ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu. In takigakure there aren't any major clans like Konohagakure has, we don't have the Uchiha clan or the Hyuuga clan. All we have are regular people gifted with chakra. There are people with certain jutsus that aren't easily replicable like the Nara clan with their shadow jutsus but those are safely stashed and only people with high enough authorization can learn them. They call them "Secret Jutsu" as no one knows what kind they are and what they do'

"Now that you're familiarized with each of them we would like to give you an offer to better serve your village."

'Now i'm curious, i'm certain that he's not talking about the Jiongu. what could it be?'

I nod letting him know he has my attention

"As you know freshly graduated recruits are immediately given missions to prove their worth and the head corps vote if they want that recruit in their corps or not. Now some people assume that if you're in a certain corp they think it means you can't learn other ninja arts...that's false and idiotic. it does not mean that in anyway, you can learn anything you want"

I nod letting him know that i'm following him

"let me give you an example, let's say you join the genjutsu corp and you've spent months learning and you want to learn new skills to complement your current skills, we will let you do that, the corps are there only to help guide you to your full potential. This system has worked well for us and we have many competent shinobi's, but not all of them take advantage of the system and many stay in their corps and forsake the rest"

I digest this information and mull it over in my head. 'I'm amazed of how much detail that was, at first I thought it was gonna be like Konoha where the jounin will have the 3 man teams and the genins that don't pass are left to fend for themselves in the genin corps. Takigakure is organized compared to that, I wonder why they aren't more powerful in canon.'

"Unfortunately even if we have this system we still aren't equals to villages like Konohagakure because of the genius Nara clan or the dojutsu Clans Uchiha and Hyuuga, or even the Kirigakure and their vast amount of Kekkei Genkai clans like the Yuki, Kaguya and Hoshigaki clans." he says with barely controlled rage

'wow he seems pissed, I guess I can understand. Genjutsu is useless towards the Hyuuga and Uchiha clan. Taijutsu is pretty much suicide with the Hyuuga, Akimichi and Inuzuka clan. Ninjutsu will be strengthening the Uchiha clan. Using kenjutsu will be difficult fighting the Aburame clan, you can't slice a swarm of bugs and even if you can it'll be too late since they've most likely sucked all you chakra dry. With the Yamanaka's you need to watch out, your ally could be an enemy at the drop of a hat. Plus Konoha has the whole teamwork thing down pat, imagine all of these clans supporting one another....wow Konoha is kinda OP now that I think of it, i haven't really thought about it like that....damn I also forgot the Senju clan, their monstrous chakra and stamina, they could pop destructive jutsu all day long.'

I nodded setting my face in a grim expression to show how Konoha could be a threat to Takigakure

"yes you understand that even though we have this system, Konoha has clans that can counter anything we throw at them...that's why we are giving you this chance to prove them wrong. These 4 powerful shinobi have offered to pass down their knowledge to you to prove those tree fuckers that Takigakure has their own monster in their ranks." he said firmly and passionately."

'He sure knows how to make a speech' I thought

"Will you shoulder this burden Kakuzu? Will you carry the will of this village on your shoulder and carry it to glory!" He starts even and ends with a shout.

"YES TAKIKAGE SAMA! I will proudly do this for my village, you can count on me SIR!"

'this is great! my plan worked perfectly' i thought in glee

"mmm i'm sure I can meet back here a week from now, enjoy your break because it will be hell once we start."he says and waves his hands

I nod and take that as a sign to leave. I bow towards each person in the room and leave.

Kokoro POV:

'As i see the young buy leave, I can't help but think that my plan is working perfectly, the boy looked eager and happy, young minds are easy to manipulate, even though Kakuzu is mature for his age he's still a child in the end, an eager child at that.'

I look towards my advisors and say "what do you think of the boy?"

Kenji and Tento has approval in their eyes and nod that they approve

"he seems like a smart child, eager and naive but perfect for a weapon we can mold" Tento says

I look at the others and see they approve of that statement.

"That child is a genius he will surely become a s rank shinobi if we groom him right" that was Baki

"How much access are we giving him? Are we teaching him our secret ninjutsu?" Riki voices his thoughts

"Only 1 for now we don't want to put all our eggs in the basket as they say, we will continue to reinforce his loyalty to the village and when we are 100% sure he is loyal than we can teach him more of our unique jutsus" i say

They all nod in understanding the wisdom in the decision.

"For now Riki I want you to select 1 secret jutsu that suits him" I say

I see him nod

"alright dismissed we'll continue this meeting another time."

They all get up and leave my office leaving me to my thoughts

'That boy will be the future of our village, but I can't help but think something is going to go wrong' I shake my head in denial

'I'll make sure nothing goes wrong' his face morphs into a determined expression.
