7 Cultivation Breakthrough!
In a hidden island located in Kirigakure there was a minka that used to be glorious but was now a bit rundown. This Minka belonged to the famous and feared Yuki clan.
This clan was known as one of the best shinobi clans located in Kirigakure and they were known as the shinobis with the kekkei genkai Ice release. Ice release was formed from combining both Futon (Wind release) and Suiton(Water release).
This kekkei genkai was the reason for the rise of this clan and they were feared and respected by all shinobis in the village. Even the mizukage held respect for this clan but with the wars that plagued the land the influence held by the clan dwindled. Still it was one of the top powers in Kirigakure.
In the middle of the now hidden clan was the aforementioned minka. In this minka was a small room that could be used as a tea room. This room was usually empty and only during certain times was it put to use.
This was one of those times as inside the room sat four people.
There were two people who were sitting in a seiza position. These people were calmly sipping on tea from a green tea cup that was made from clay. One of the two were male and the other was female .
The male was of average build with long hair tied in a ponytail. His hair was dark black and his face was angular. His eyes were a deep brown and his pupils were sharp and full of life. wearing a purple robe.
The female was also clothed in purple. She looked very normal and her hair was dark and flowing freely below her shoulders. Her eyes were also a deep brown but what was different about her eyes were that there was a white ring that covered a part of her pupils.
The two sat facing an elderly man. This elder exuded dominance. His body radiated coldness and he also gave off the impression that he could control the wind.
The elder was also sipping on tea from a green tea cup like the two before him. He was of a slightly skinny build and his hair was neatly flowing back. There was also some gray streaks that mixed into his dark hair color showing the passage of time on him.
His face was a bit squared but his face was calm and he wore a slight smile on his face. This person also wore purple robes but there was a insignia on his robe in the form of a snowflake. This person was the head of the clan and was also the father of Akina (Sato's mother).
(Author's note; so I was not able to find her name so she will be known now as Akina Yuki from now on.)
His name was Fukushima Yuki. He is the grandfather of Sato.
The two who sat across from him were also his son and daughter. The son's name was Iwata Yuki and the daughter's name was Midori Yuki. They were both the elder sister and elder brother of akina.
"So are you all ready?" asked Fukushima after taking a sip of his tea and looked towards the two.
"Yes father" they both answered. "We have already seen them and have already planned everything successfully".
"Good" replied Fukushima. "Then we will execute the plan in the coming days. Make sure we do not fail this time. No matter what we have to bring akina home along with my grandsons."
"We understand father" they both responded with their heads bowed.
Fukushima continued sipping the tea and stared out to the void seemingly in deep thought. Both Iwata and Midori both got up and left the room with smiles on their face, thinking that they would finally be with their little sister again.
After waking up, Sato stretched his body to wake his joints and muscles. Sato then proceeded to the kitchen where his mother should be. As he reached his mother immediately noticed him, dropping whatever it was that she was doing and grabbed sato for a big hug.
"You are finally awake" his mother said giggling at him. She hugged him tightly while laughing and showered him with all her love.
"Yes mommy i've just woke up" said Sato whose heart was melting at feeling the unconditional love his mother gave to him.
"Come then i've already prepared your breakfast" said Akina.
Then she proceeded to bring food to the table and placed it in front of Sato so that he can eat. Akina spared no effort to make Sato's meal. She would make onigiri or rice balls and would make rice porridge because they were farmers and could not get the most luxurious of meals. Still she made the best of what she was given for her family.
Sato looked at the food before him and commented, "Wow it looks so delicious".
He ate his food and stuffed his belly full before coming outside to find Haku so that they could play. As he came he saw Haku was playing in front their cottage and ran towards him.
Sato came to Haku and said "Big brother let's play".
"Sure, what do you want to play" replied Haku.
He would play anything his little brother wanted to. Haku was fond of sato and liked having someone to play with.
Akina was at the door to the cottage looking on. When she saw this a smile filled her face and a warm sensation occupied her heart.
The two kids went to played and ran around and about the fields occasionally coming to their father who was working on the fields.
Akina went back inside the cottage to take care of the chores around the home.
Sato and Haku both played until they became bored. Haku then left to help Hashimoto with working on the fields and told Sato to head back and stay with their mother.
Sato on the other hand waited until both his father and brother left and weren't able to see him anymore before sneakily running off to the cave he found yesterday. He wanted to start his cultivation.
Hiding and avoiding both his father and brother Sato arrived at the cave and entered without reservation. He thought that he was the only one that knew about this cave and so once when he entered he let his guard down.
He was right for no one knew of the cave so he could be brazen.
Sato entered the cave and adjusted himself to start cultivating. He took up the lotus position as he had yesterday and started clearing his mind again.
After a short while Sato started cultivating to the technique he derived from yesterday's enlightenment and started controlling the qi to move according to the technique inside his body. Sato was able to wield the qi as he wanted through his thoughts. He then started to accumulate the qi in his meridians as he wanted to unlock them to store the energy.
This proved to be not a difficult task for him as he connected his spiritual awareness with qi and was able to guide the qi to the technique. He quickly finished unlocking his meridian points and began accumulating qi in them. After a few hours of accumulating qi into his meridians, Sato heard a loud explosion going off in his head.
*Boom* He has just had a breakthrough and reached a level know as Qi Disciple.
Sato could feel the qi rushing to his meridians and felt euphoric. This stage in his cultivation is a lower realm. Qi disciples were those who were able to condense qi and store it within their meridians for later use.
As this was the case he knew that qi disciple levels were of the lowest and that to proclaim to have strength he need to advance through these stages and attain a higher level.
Qi disciple stages can be separated into 12 different levels. 1 through 10 were the basic levels and were the foundation building the body to be able to handle the usage of qi.
Once one reached stage 11 they would be known as a minor stage qi disciple cultivator. Upon reaching stage 12 they would be known as a major stage qi disciple cultivator and once they reach this stage they were prepared to breakthrough into the higher realm above called the Foundation Establishment stage cultivator.
Once you are able to reach the stage of foundation establishment, you would be able to send your qi from your meridians to your dantian. Then you would be able to condense your qi from a spiritual form to a tangible liquid form.
Qi disciples however could only use the qi inside their bodies to temper the body and organs within themselves. While the foundation establishment realm was able to utilize this energy for performing martial arts movements and spells.
Cultivators who reach the qi disciple minor stage are able to use their qi to temper their skin and bones getting rid of the impurities within making them stronger. While cultivators who reach the major stage of qi disciple are able to use qi to clean out the organs within the body getting rid of the hidden impurities strengthening the organs and solidifying them.
Once they were able to breakthrough to the realm of Foundation establishment the qi in the meridians would then link with the dantian realm and produce a pathway for the qi to consistently run through. This in turn would affect the internal organs and this was why qi disciples needed to strengthen their organs before breaking through.
Sato at the moment just had his first breakthrough but the qi in the air was abundant and he did not feel quite satisfied with breaking through to only qi disciple stage 1. So he decided to attempt more.
After consolidating the power he just received he push the qi in the air towards his meridians to widen them to hold more power and attempt to breakthrough to further realms.
Sato sat there hoping he would gain huge benefits and produce miraculous results. But this took time and slowly minute by minute and hour by hours passed by. It was not until it was time for dinner that he was done with his cultivation.
As he opened his eyes inside the cave a resplendent light shone from his eyes and then quickly dissipated.
Sato was incredibly happy at this moment because after cultivating from morning till this moment, sato broke through four qi disciple realms.
Four realms in the qi disciple stage!!. This meant that he was so much more closer to the minor stage and he was also much more stronger.
Sato decided to throw a punch in front of him to measure his strength and notice the power he held in his arm.
This punch was not enough to make the winds move or tear through space. But this punch was able to move quickly and firmly. His fist was full of vigor and represented strength. Sato was elated and withdrew his arm back to his side. Then his face returned to calm and his eyes flashed for a moment and then returned to calmness.
Sato was fully satisfied with his results and then noticed sounds outside the cave. It was his parents and haku that were shouting.
They were calling his name in a frenzy trying to find where he had gone too. They thought that he would have been playing around somewhere earlier but when Akina noticed that Sato didn't show up for lunch she started to worry.
Haku as well started to worry only Hashimoto was not as worried. Both Akina and Haku were getting impatient and jittery but they still thought that Sato might be playing somewhere.
But after a couple hours passed lunchtime and Sato still had not shown himself they became extremely worried and thoughts of someone kidnapping him surfaced in their minds.
By now even Hashimoto became worried and they decided to look for him. Now that it was nearing dinner time they frantically looked for Sato.
Akina was even crying hysterically calling out his name. They ran around everywhere trying to find him but could not do so.
It was only now hearing their voice that Sato knew that he forgot to rejoin his family for lunch and dinner. As he got up his stomach made loud noises in protest signifying that it needed nourishment.
Sato stealthily got out of the cave and came to the side of his mother.
Then saying, "Mom I am here".
Only then did akina turn to look in his direction and saw her son standing there alright. She quickly ran towards him and held him tightly in her arms sobbing on his shoulders.
"Sato!! Sato!...." said Akina amidst her crying.
Then Haku and Hashimoto both heard Akina and looked towards her to see Sato in her arms safe. They both ran to him as well. When they got there his father started yelling at him. While Haku was looking at Sato to make sure that he wasn't hurt or injured anywhere.
When Sato tried to soothe his mother's tears she felt anger in her heart and then she looked at him fiercely but then her gaze quickly turned to worry about her son again. Sato saw the emotions his mother went through and knew that he was in for some trouble later.
He decided that whatever it was that his mother decided to punish him with that he would accept it because he caused not only her but his father and big brother to worry about him. While thinking about what his punishment would be his mother brought him home along with Haku and hashimoto back to their home.
