Mabel, an extremely beautiful, humble, respectful and God-fearing girl. She and her family lived in a very small town called Akwab.

Mabel had just a little sister, Ami. Her mother was a trader who sold fish in a market called ihiala.

Her father was a medical doctor in a small local hospital in their area. Mabel also had an elder sister, Lucy. Lucy wasn't her biological sister but the family consider her theirs ever since Lucy lost her parents when she was merely a month old.

Lucy was so spoilt, as a result she was always lazy towards house chores. Mabel was always the one doing everything as well as helping her mother out in the market after school. But Mabel never saw any wrong or felt bad doing everything, As long as her everyone is happy.

Despite all their family problems Mabel was a bright and intelligent student, She always made A's. Mabel always wanted to be a medical doctor, not just because of her father but because she loved helping and seeing people smile, Her heart was so pure that was why she was loved by all especially her father.

He made sure she got all she needed even if she doesn't ask, because he knew his daughter so much that she would never ask for anything for herself.
