Excitement for the next day

Samuel was shocked over the revelation that Lihua liked him . He had seen her as his own little sister and maybe even a friend , but never in a lover sense . He was going through hard time to swallow the words that his father had just spilled out .

' Marriage ? This soon? And that too with xiao lihua ?'

He was feeling a lot torn and having a bit hard time fully digesting the whole of shock bomb but since his dad had asked for his opinion , he needed to make it very clear about the condition and the thoughts that he had over the matter .

Samuel gave his dad a little nod as if acknowledging him and then said ," Dad , I didn't know that xiao lihua liked me . I have always seen her as my own little sister and nothing else . She has never been my childhood sweetheart .

Regarding marriage , I don't have any plans to marry for any soon and marrying lihua is not an option to even consider . "

Before father Chen could try to persuade his son , Samuel had already dashed out of the room straight to his study .

Father Chen had already expected such a response from him but the fact that he didn't like even Lihua was intriguing and mysterious for him . He thought that

Samuel waited for his childhood sweetheart to be ready to marry her and only her .He didn't expect the outcome of the conversation to be as such . He could only sigh in defat over his son .

Samuel banged open the door of his room and shut it with a loud bang . He was confused , angry , upset and even anxious . He couldn't understand what more to do , but moreover , he didn't want to give up yet and so he immediately set on his project to finalise the whole project. Tomorrow would be a very important

day as he would be going to get the deal sealed .

Rita had been feeling better ever since and so with her work going on about the draft that she was creating regarding the deal to be done with the Chens , she was excited for the same .

As she was creating a final draft to present her board members the deal and idea she got a email from her assistant .

What content she saw in the email made her almost stumble out of bed due to shock . The email stated that the Chen company's mysterious CEO wanted to strike a deal with her tomorrow and for that she needed to give them the appointment .

Rita was beyond excited as she got off her bed and danced excitedly , moving her hips round and round with her hands in the air , in joy .

Finally , she sent the affirmation to her assistant to give them the appointment of the very first slot of meeting in the morning the day after at 10:00 am .

She was too excited for the next day to finally show up . She thought about her own deal but soon she thought to keep it for later dealings and projects . She sought to see what the mysterious CEO brings up for her .

Samuel was initially feeling emotional burden about being torn between what his parents wanted and what his heart desired but he decided to keep it all for later . If he had time to worry for all this …then he must have time to also work on his project .

As he sat for working over , he was surprised to find that his work was almost going to be finished .

It was still early , so he decided to finish the whole working draft and hold a small meeting with the company officials .After alerting everyone to be ready for the short meeting with the help of his assistant , he went back to his work and indeed it worked as a good distraction for him .

At least it worked as a distraction from all the nonsense burden he was carrying from his family and may face from his childhood friend .

After about one hour , Samuel was finally done with all his drafting and finally as he held the meeting , he was glad to find that all the elder members got to be on the same page with him .

After having wrapped up the short and brief meeting , he found himself very soothed out . He decided that since the deal would be discussed tomorrow , he should get a good night 'beauty sleep ' for himself .

After all , he needed to show some more of his handsome side too , not just his professional side .

On the other hand , Rita couldn't feel sleepy at all with the excitement that was eating .

Both people from different oats of the same city were having the excited thoughts about each other , even though they were totally unaware of what the new surprise the day ahead held in store for them .

They could only be excited over such a new chapter of their life that they'd be going to unfold the next day and this was just the beginning .
