Changing places

Meanwhile, Rita was relieved that she didn't anger Miss Priya too much or she would have been done for .

Some time later ...

The teacher asked the students to pack up their bags ( if it was not ) because she was going to now give them new places to sit upon .

Mostly , the reason for such a random arrangement was for students to come in touch with all kinds of students , whether smart or weak , whether good or bad .

This way , students could at least develop a thinking or a way of adjusting to different conditions and different pipe when they were still young .

Taking out the paper chits of places assigned to them , the students got seated accordingly .

Some students could visibly be seen excited over getting a chance to sit with their crush , best friends while most others could be seen humming in frustration over their luck .

One or two of them , even thought of going as far as to bargaining with the teacher , but soon gave up when the teacher didn't budge a millimetre from the arrangement decision .

Rita was seated next to Berry and her side students were some known as well as some unknown students . Suddenly Rita's attention was caught up by a handsome, tall boy who was coming towards her .

' Woah!! What a boy to gape at! '

Rita thought to herself as she saw other girls drooling over his every movement .

' What's so perfect about him ? He's just having some good face and nothing else . Not to mention his nose is quite a lot bridged . '

Rita was astonished when she saw envied looks of some girls as she realised that the handsome student sat right behind her.

' Hey don't look at me like that . I didn't do anything . He sat behind me so look at him , not me . '

Rita groaned in helplessness and frustration in her mind by such envied stares from girls . Girls could be very dangerous creatures when jealous . Rita felt like , if only looks could kill , then she would have already been buried 60 feet underground .

Samuel was himself quite surprised and a bit intrigued at the thought of sitting behind Miss Interesting, oh he meant the girl named Rita .

' He would make her drool over him soon enough . '

Samuel thought to himself .

' What the hellish problem did I get myself into . Oh god !! Why can't you give me some peace and happiness whenever I ask for it .. ? '

Rita was getting perked up and frustrated by each passing second but she suddenly realized her promise to herself to keep calm when angry and so she took some deep breaths and calmed herself down .

!! FIRST PERIOD OVER !!

!! BREAK TIME FOR 10 MINUTES !!

Samuel started to introduce himself to the other students around and purposefully chose Rita in the end . Rita , on the other hand too , did the same thing .

Samuel thought that Rita would at least be excited to introduce herself to him but he went speechless when she introduced herself at last like his own plan .Guess his plan backfired at himself . He was further astounded by her fluent English speaking skills and professionalism at such an age of fifteen when many other students would just be speaking like nursery class students even at this age .

He himself being a boy of sixteen was not as much fluent in English as hers . Chinese was the language actually spoken in their country but this school of their city being the best in itself harboured many rules which made it a unique and well known disciplinary school in itself .

Samuel just gaped and forgot to introduce himself to Rita . He came to his senses when she turned around and returned to her work .

Rita was herself a lot astounded to see Samuel's face at such proximity with him sitting just behind her . He truly was such a beauty to let go of . To avoid any future problems , she decided to keep herself a bit away as she never had a guy friend .

She was very well aware of how girls used and trashed up the friendship they had and so she was a bit hesitant when it came to being friends with a guy .

Samuel reached out his hand hastily and tapped her shoulder to which Rita turned so fast that their noses almost collided ....
