(MC's POV)
Night arrives and I'm leading La Brava, Gentle Criminal and Kaina to my Hotel's luxurious car, waiting outside my home building. The three of them are wearing cloaks to hide themselves from the public.
I opened the door and let them inside the car while looking around for patrolling Pro Heroes.
Seeing everything was clear, I closed the door as the window slid opened.
"Stay in my hotel for now. I'll contact you guys when everything is finished."
"Okay."
Kaina and Gentle Criminal nodded while La Brava is still mad at me and she was looking away while pouting.
"See ya guys."
I glanced at the driver and he nodded to me. He was in a suit and formerly working as a bounty hunter like me in the past.
"I'll leave them to you."
"Yes, Chief!"
The black long car finally left, watching it turns into a corner.
I went back to my room and change into my mascot costume.

(3rd Person's POV)
In the conference room of the Hero Public Safety Commission building, Top Pro Heroes are gathered together for a emergency meeting because they are having hard time suppressing the chaos caused by the protesters against the commissions.
"What's the meaning of this, All Might? I thought you had him under control! Look what have he done to us!"
Endeavor wants to grab All Might out of anger but both of his arm are injured, covered in bandage.
Out of the top 10 pro heroes in the room, only Endeavor took a bad beating against Ichika and everyone else was fine. Gang Orca which is the top 10 Pro Hero has a bandage wrapped on his head.
"I'm just glad that everyone is safe."
All Might was nervous because of the trouble his son has caused to them.
Mirko's mood was down after Ichika was captured and got taken to Tartarus.
"Mirko, are you okay?" All Might worriedly asked her.
Mirko was surprised and immediately responded,
"No, I'm fine! Please don't mind me!"
She was really acting strange which is out of her character. Her face show traces of sadness as she looks down again.
"Mirko..."
Ryukyu looks worried of her.
Everyone around was silent until the lanky middle aged man with beige, chin length, messy hair spoke from the middle of the table while staring on his tablet. He is dressed in a formal black shirt with a white undershirt, his shirt is followed with equally black pants. He wears a loose tie and black shoes. He completes his look with a microphone for general speeches and commentating.
His eyes are framed with small but noticeable bags caused by lack of sleep.

With the head and some commissioners getting arrested from their corruptions, he was ordered by the other commissioners to lead the meeting with the Pro Heroes while the Hero Public Safety Commission is rebuilding its own staff.
His name is Yokumiru Mera, one of the commissioners of the Hero Public Safety Commission.
"We just had a bad news."
He looks nervous while receiving some news from the police headquarters.
"What is it this time!"
Endeavor became furious again.
"Falcon, together with the two inmates, Lady Nagant and Gentle Criminal has escaped Tartarus. La Brava was missing as well." Yokumiru announced.
Everyone in the room was shock in silence except All Might. It seems he is already aware after the old man told him earlier.
They already experience what Ichika capable of after facing him.
Mirko's cheek twitched hearing that news.
"Ichika."
Endeavor look frustrated after hearing that name again.
"Falcon!!"

(♪Yotsubashi Detnerat Company!♪)
Yotsubashi Rikiya also known as Re-Destro. He is the President and CEO of the Detnerat Company, and was also the Grand Commander of the modern Meta Liberation Army, which he inherited as the descendant of the infamous villain Destro.
He was in his main office in Deika City standing, facing his glass window while reading a letter in his hand.
[I'm coming for you. Prepare yourself and your army at 7:30 PM tonight. I'll kick all of you in the ass. From: Perry The Platypus.]
There was a small fedora hat image placed on top of the name of the sender.
Re-Destro trembled and became furious as he crumpled the letter that came from his fox machine and threw it away to the trashcan.
"I wonder who's prank did this to me."
Behind him was a tall and lanky man with shiny black hair that reaches his waist, worn down with a neat fringe hanging over his eyes which are shown to be wide with small gray irises. He has a visibly long nose and a wide mouth with notably straight teeth. He wears a long-sleeved black turtleneck shirt with a black formal jacket on top of that and dark pants.
He was nervous seeing Re-Destro getting furious because of a letter.
"Skeptic! Have you track the sender of this letter?"
Skeptic gulped,
"It's an unknown email. The address of the email was in Africa which is really ridiculous. I can't track the real address of the sender!"
Tomoyasu Chikazoku also known as Skeptic. He is a board member at Feel Good, Inc. who was secretly a leading member of the modern Meta Liberation Army.
"Tsk! He's good. I'll make sure that guy will pay tonight after making fun of me and my army. That guy name Perry The Platypus!"
Re-Destro looks at the time and it was 5 minutes before 7:30 PM.
"Skeptic, tell everyone that whomever tried to infiltrate this place, eliminate him as quickly as possible whatever means.
"Yes!"

Five minutes later,
"It's time." Re-Destro mumbled as the door of the room opened.
"Huh?"
They were surprised at right time when the door opened.
It was man with reasonably long, black hair that he wears swept back, a single strand left hanging down over his face, thin eyebrows, and a small mustache. He has an angular nose and small, feminine eyes with dark blue irises. He has yellow glasses with purple-tinted lenses. He wears a plain business suit, consisting of a white dress shirt, a black tie and a black blazer.

Behind him was a woman with long, pale lilac hair, worn parted to her right side, full lips and pale blue skin. Her eyes were unusual, in that her sclerae was completely black whereas her eye irises were green, and her pupils were completely black. And they were framed by notably long eyelashes, wrinkles, and small eyebrows.
She wore gold earrings, a navy blue, shoulderless dress with long sleeves and an X-shaped belt with a circular buckle around her waist.

"Trumpet, Curious? What are you guys doing here?" Skeptic asked.
"Huh? We just received a message that the Grand Commander is calling us up here?" Trumpet looks confused, showing the message from his phone.
"Same here." Curious showed the message to them too.
"What? I didn't send any messages?"
Re-Destro got bewildered, seeing the messages named on him.
"Hey, everyone! Look at this! I found a cute child lost around in this building."
Curious showed a little boy wearing a teal green pajama which has a beaver tail and a bill as a hood.
She looks smitten by the child as she snuggled him.
"Kyaah! How cute!"
"Curious, why did you brought that child here?" Skeptic felt suspicious of the child.
"It's fine, right? He's just a harmless child."
Re-Destro frowns at the child,
"That pajama outfit, it looks like a platypus."
The child smiled and took out a fedora hat, wearing it on top of his hood.
Re-Destro gasped, remembering the fedora hat on the letter.
"Ah, Perry, the platypus!" he pointed.
