"Hey Alvis, wake up."

"5 more minutes…"

"What do you mean 5 more minutes!" The middle aged man raised his voice a tiny bit. "Lady Charlotte is returning and you are assigned to be her personal butler"

"Alright father."

(Wait! Father! My father doesn't even live with me!)

Alvis quickly opened his eyes in confirmation whether or not the guy talking to him was his father.

What appeared were a 30 years old good looking man dressed in a butler suit, with black hair and black eyes.

(Oh it father….Wait my father isn't as good looking as this. Oh crap I'm getting brainwashed.)

Alvis looked around his surrounding, found that this place looks different from his room. Alvis began to slowly remember what he did before he ended up in this place.

(The last thing I remembered was coming home from University, and then starting to read a new novel that I recently found.)

Alvis Walker a personal butler in training since he was young. His facial features are considered average, with short black hair. And his physical features also look average, not too fat, not too skinny, but lacking muscle.

"What are you dozing around for, hurry up and get dressed, be prepared!"

"Oh-h ok."

As Alvis began to get dressed, he wanted more information. Currently he wants to get information from this 'Father' of his.

"Umm Father, who is Lady Charlotte?"

"Didn't I inform you yesterday?"

"Well… I sort of forgot about it."

Father looked towards Alvis who was dressing, he began to doubt whether Alvis is the one who he had known since his birth. Father decided to scratch it off thinking just puberty changing kids.

"Lady Charlotte is the daughter of the Isbert house, and she is the only child. The Isbert family took her away for vacation when she was 8 for a month." Father began to explain, "And you who just finished the personal butler training are assigned to serve her."

When Alvis finished dressing up, they walked toward the main gate.

"Oh yea, I forgot to tell you are about to be awaken midnight."

(Awaken? Like those supernatural abilities that appear in manga and novels?)

There was an increase in curiosity and excitement for Alvis. Because it sounded like he was about to get supernatural powers like those in the fantasy world.

"Alright enough talking we need to head off to the main gate to meet them."

When Alvis and his father arrived at the main gate, and after waiting a few moments. A silver carriage with a mix of gold began and with an emblem that represented Isbert appeared in the gate.

The servants around Alvis began to bow their heads in the welcoming of the family lord, naturally Alvis bowed too with them.

A middle aged man who looked to be in his 30's appeared, handsome face yet strong looking in well dressed clothes.

"Ah Mason you're here."

Alvis now knew that his father was named Mason.

(So since he is my father his full name should be Mason Walker.)

After that the middle aged man started to look toward Alvis who was standing next to Mason, "This is…"

"That is my son Alvis, who is going to be the personal butler of Lady Charlotte." Mason replied.

"Ah so this is Alvis, please take care of my daughter."

"It will be my pleasure to take care of Lady Charlotte." Alvis replied.

(How am I doing these things naturally?)

The body of Alvis before he was reincarnated received training as a personal butler, so the current body was able to instinctively remember the training.

In a few seconds a well dressed lady, with silver hair long enough to reach her waist, came out of the carriage, she had the aura of an adult beauty, and gave off the aura of someone not approachable.

As Alvis is going through an inner turmoil, the middle aged man wanted to introduce her daughter since Alvis hadn't physically met her.

"Charlotte, introduce yourself."

"Charlotte Isbert."

This short introduction caused an awkward situation.

"Sorry… my daughter is a quiet one around strangers."

"There is no need to apologize my Lord, as this is an honor to meet the child of the Isbert house." Mason replied back.

As Alvis and Mason escort the Isbert family back to the mansion where they lived. Alvis learned a few new things. That the Lord of the current family is named Isaac, at first Alvis wondered why Isaac was being very friendly to Mason as if they are long time friends. He learned that Isaac and Mason have been in a personal butler relationship since young, as now he was one of Isaac's trusted people.

Alvis questioned how the Lord of the family is able to grow closer to Mason just because of a master-servant relationship? He decided to just save this question and later ask Mason.

Time passes and it is almost midnight, Alvis is getting excited toward his awakening.

This short message echoed through Alvis' head in surprise. When Alvis received the message, he felt changes in his body, and it made him more drowsy.

The next morning Alvis and Mason were watching Isaac and Charlotte eating breakfast. Mason stood next to Mason, and Alvis stood next to Charlotte. As the rest of the servants were standing close to the wall.

"By the way Alvis I have heard you have awakened your magic, is that right?" Isaac gazed toward Alvis.

"Yes, that is correct."

"Do you have any knowledge on how this whole magic ability world works?"

"No, I don't have any information on how the world's magic ability works."

"Is that so, you may use our library if you wish so."
